Big 5 Sporting Goods

Did a secret shop here. The store was very clean and neat. The store manager Dalton was very professional. He even called me back to let me know I did not get the job! I have done tons of secret shops on job interviews. It is very rare to get a call back at all, especially the next day! The assistant manager, Jared, also did an amazing job. Way to go 👏 👏

Since this business came here to Canon City I'm glad that they did. You're greeted as soon as u come into the store. The sales clerks are great too finding what u need n point out sales items as well. Returns are not an issue n they do a great job. I have found other items for the holidays as well in small bulk like socks n they fit my budget. Love this store

Took my husband there to shop for shoes for Father's day, one of the employees did an excellent job and found him two pairs of shoes that worked well for my husband. They have a friendly staff of employees willing to help fill your needs.

We often stop and this Big 5 when visiting Canon City. The store is clean, well organized and the staff is always helpful.

I also like to stop here for last-minute Christmas gifts. They always have a good selection of unique items at good prices. Much easier than a trip to Walmart, ugh.

Of course Big 5 is best known for sporting goods and there's plenty of that too!

Went in looking for something very obscure and they had it!! Staff were friendly and helpful and the section we were in had very good sales and competitive prices. Great selection.

Love this place. Not much to choose from here in Canon so very great full we have this sporting store. Employees are great. The store manager Dalton is always helpful.

Great team of helpful people who seem to like their job. Plenty of what you need for sporting goods. The firearm selection is smaller than others but they do have a decent selection of ammunition. Shoes for days. I got a medicine bag and a shiatsu pillow for when I finish using it.

3 cashiers up front gossiping. While customers like myself wondering floor. Had to ask twice for help because they were to busy talking... Then the young untrained girl told me they didn't have shoes I wanted. Almost had to beg to get her to look in back where they usually get my size. Wish Willis was working that day... He's awesome. The 5 stars are for shoe choices and pricing. Best selection in the county....

Willis gave me excellent service. Made up for the $10 extra I paid for running shoes that were supposed to be discounted. I didn't argue. The staff was great and very friendly..

The store is very clean and they are going by CDC guidelines the young man that helped us in the store I'm 54 I haven't bought kids football shoes and stuff for a very long time and he helped me with that Anna mouth guard for my grandson and his braces they were very polite and courteous I would shop there again

This is the first time we visited this store. Large selection to choose from. And while inventory/shelving is really tight, because of how much they carry, everything is very well organized. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful in assisting us to find what we needed. Will definately be going back.

The employees made my daughter very happy. They went above and beyond to help her and held her things she wanted for a few days so we could come back and purchase them. They are awesome there. Thank U guys!!

Today was the first time I stepped into the Canon city Store. Sara was my go to gal. She had the best customer service skills I have seen in many years. When I came up to pay the first thing she said was: Did you leave your cell phone back by the shoes? I was like, I did. She did make my shopping so easy also. I was out in 15 minutes. .

Sometimes just dropping into sports 5 can be real rewarding.a few weeks ago I wasbike riding and as passing their store decided. to take a break by stopping and see what could spark my interest.Found a pair of Sausonies regular99.00 marked down to 29.00 then marked down again to 22.00. A good above average shoe. Glad I stopped

I always love coming here. They always have great customer service even. I hate Wal-Mart and i never go in there for anything so i shop in a lot of different places and this store will already be one of them.

I was greeted warmly by a nice lady/employee when I walked through the front door and then helped out by 3 very nice young men in the shoe department. Great sale prices and a very neat and clean store.
