Apple Aspen Grove

I dropped my iPhone a couple days ago. I take care of my phone and scheduled an appointment online to visit the Genius Bar to fix it. They checked me in quickly, saw a specialist who explained everything to me. He told me to come back in an hour to pick up my phone. I went back in an hour and it was repaired and worked perfectly. All employees I dealt with were personable and friendly.

I’ve always had good service with Apple and feel this store met and exceeded my expectations.

We had the need to get personal help with our new IPhones and were assisted by Davis at the Aspen Grove store. He was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and did not make us old people feel stupid! We were able to do everything we needed and feel like he should be commended for his knowledge and professionalism.

The older gentleman Joel is great, I was dropping off a trade in and was in and out in a flash. He even had time to help some other people while my old phone ran some tests for the trade in process. Hes great!

I spilled my coffee all over my laptop this morning and naturally was very sad about it. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to the Apple Store at Aspen Groves and was definitely not in the best mood, but Heyden completely turned my day around! I never write reviews, but just thought someone so awesome should get a shout out. Thank you Heyden!! :)

We were very happy with how the older gentleman, I believe his name was Joel, assisted us today. We had been trying to purchase a particular laptop for over a week, via Apple customer service online and other stores to no avail. It was such a relief that Joel was professional and knew what he was doing! That's hard to find nowadays. Thank you!

Fantastic Experience! I recently took my macbook in for a much needed keyboard repair. Fortunately, there was a recall on my specific keyboard so it was covered. Apple replaced the entire keyboard, trackpad, and battery in one go leaving me with a very refreshed and nice laptop. Most importantly, it was done quickly and finished right in line with the timeframe they gave me. I use my computer constantly for work so that was a huge relief. Thanks to your team for knocking this out for me!

Just stopped at the store, my daughter locked herself out of her phone and Davis (I believe was his name ) was so helpful and friendly it was the best experience we have had with a phone provider.

Wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me…was in the front of the store around 6:00 Friday night 9/1…knitted hat on. I lost my phone and he was really helpful. I’m sure I was a bit crabby since I was frustrated trying to figure out the issue. He was calm and understanding and had the solution to my problem. Kudos to him for outstanding service.

Pro screen replacement. They’ve got our phone after only 5 mins wait and fixed it in an hour. All went great.

Can't say enough good things about the Aspen Grove Apple Store. We have been there numerous times to buy items or for the Genius Bar help. Today we worked with Colin, who absolutely lived up to the genius name. He was tremendously helpful and even though we had signed up for help with one time-consuming issue, he answered question after question until we had all the information we needed to fix a few other small, nagging items as well as the original one. Colin was helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgable about everything. A great experience and we are so grateful for the service.

Trey at the Aspen Grove Apple store was amazing, competent, professional. We went to 5 different places trying to get help and he was the only one who was willing and able to fully solve our phone/carrier problem, and took him less than 20 minutes. Thanks Trey! Give him a raise! The best! Should be more people like you in the world.

Posting a review to help with the rating, as I had a good experience. My MacBook Pro adapter was faulty, so I set up a same-day genius appointment. Someone saw me within ten minutes, gave me a new plug, and I was out of the door. Was simple, at least for my case.

Awesome experience bringing in my MacBook pro with Apple care plus.
There were a bunch of crybabies in here at the same time as me crying about their phones but my battery issue got fixed quickly.

I had broke my phone, I had some issues with getting it fixed. Sometimes it's all about who you talk to you. I had spoken with Brian the Manager and Shay a customer services representative, I believe. To start off, Brian has such a welcoming warm tone, he was such a pleasure to speak with. He made me feel better and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get in and get an appointment. I was teamed with Shay, she is so positive and had such a lovely attitude. She made me laugh when I was having such a horrible day. She explained to me should would fix my issue before I left. I felt very confident with Shay, her amazing outlook actually made me happy and have a better day! Like I said in the beginning it's all who you speak with.

Connor and Raven were guides sent from above. Be sure to give them great care and love 💗 there was another great gentleman whose name I forgotten, but he had the coolest earrings! These are workers I wish to be recognized and never to be taken for granted in their works. Yall helped me get the baby back safe and sound. May yall be heard loud and clear!

Very friendly team, there were a couple of questions with the return of the phone and the manager and employees were able to solve all my questions on the spot, I recommend this store to everyone

The fixed my 2019 Mac mini for free! The intel T2 chip needed a bios flash. Great they did it in store and for free

This Apple store made my day! I was so impressed that I was connected quickly with a LIVE person whom I could understand, and who knew how to resolve my problem without needing to transfer me multiple times. I also appreciated that I was able to make direct contact with the Apple store I wanted and not a central answering station. Awesome customer service! Aaron, the agent I spoke with, was very personable and knowledgeable. He stayed on the phone with me and then when there was a downloading delay, he sent instructions on how to complete the fix on my husband's Apple watch. He is a true complement to the Apple name. We own several Apple products and would not entertain purchasing a different brand. Aaron and Apple came to our rescue again! Thanks!
