I have purchased a piece of furniture where I needed to install my existing TV on the wall to make the new piece of furniture work in my living room. I was told that Best Deals was the place to go and that referral was right on! James came over to consult with me before I purchased the furniture to make sure that it would work. When the furniture was installed, he came over as scheduled, very professional and did an outstanding job of installing my TV perfectly. It is centered and looks amazing! I really like this store. Picked a Visio M series 65 inch. There was an issue...they came back the following day and changed the TV with out issue. Was able to buy this TV for a great price with an extra year warranty serviced by the store itself. Sang is a knowledgeable guy. He knows his TV’s!!Super happy with this business and my new TV. James was incredible with installing our Wall Mount for our curve TV we purchased from them! He was extremely thorough, explained in detail every place he could install it, and gave his recommendations for where would be best. Not to mention he’s so personable that we had a great conversation the whole time he was installing! Would recommend to anybody who needs a TV, electronics or wall mounting as we’ve been going to them for years!

I was going through a bad online shopping experience when I decided to buy a piece of mind with these folks. They are knowledgeable, and stand behind their products. The laptop I ended up leaving with is amazing. Barely any signs of use, and works great! Like new!!

I have purchased several items from this store and love it! Everything is advertised truthfully and there are no gimmicks to try to trick you into buying anything. Their prices are the best for the products you can purchase. I did my due diligence and I compared. I was looking for a particular model Samsung TV that had amazing reviews from the pros and could not find it anywhere and finally called these guys...they had 2 of them! I have sent many of my friends and business associates there and they were all just as surprised and pleased as I have been. I love small businesses that go out of their way to help...these guys are always helpful and no pressure sales style...ever. Love their smaller "retro" style of store and I like the fact they are not anything like the Big Box stores, which I try to avoid like the plague! They really are the best deal in town.

Great store. Great guys running the place. I bought a refurbished Mac Mini there for $400, took it home and a few days later it crashed. Totally just crashed! Wouldn't boot up at all. I took it back and they were just super nice and really apologetic about it. They offered me another Mac Mini that was $150 more and knocked $50 off. But it was just more than I wanted to spend. They really wanted to make it right so they replaced the hard drive in the one I bought, completely re-configured the drive and now the Mac Mini runs like a champ. I could not be happier!

We had been shopping for a new TV for a while. We were helped by Ryan, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We ended up with a larger/better TV than we had initially been looking for along with a sound bar/wireless sub and wall mount for much, MUCH, less than we had seen for just a lesser TV everywhere else. This was my 2nd installing as many months with these guys. I'm very satisfied. Service was excellent and the price is perfect for the work they do. I purchased my MacBook at this store 3 years ago at an amazing price, they told me my exact computer had only been charged 14 times and I believe it!! It run like new and has been such a good computer. But it recently started to slow down a little (after 3 years of constant use and little maintainance, it’s to be expected) I took it in and the super friendly and very helpful staff removed old software updates and cleaned it up for me in just 30 min! I thought it was time for a new computer but was delighted when they got my old one running like it did on day one again!! This place is an electronic gold mine, shop there you won’t be disappointed!

I had been shopping online and in box stores for a new HDTV for a while before I found the guys here. It had been more than ten years since I had a television, and the staff were very patient with my questions, and helpful overall. After I bought the tv and got home I had a problem with the set, and had to return it...but they were very professional and understanding with the situation, and took IMMEDIATE care of me. They also have great prices and selection on accessories and cables. I will be sending all my business and friends here! I need to drop off lunch sometime for the guys. I've bought multiple refurbished TV's from these guys with zero issues. Service has always been friendly and helpful. All of them are still being used to this day, with one of the TVs coming close to 6 years old now.

Finally stopped in to this store yesterday! It was even better than I expected! The guys were super helpful and extremely knowledgable about the computers I was looking at. If you wanna get a great deal on A TV there is literally no other place to go on a regular basis. Unless someone is having a major sale their prices will not be beat! And the value plus the amazing service there with the extreme personal touch they are clearly not only intrested in selling TV's but making sure that you are more than happy and have more! More than what you need :)

In fact when my girlfriend surprised me with a new TV, the gentleman who helped her and did not know it was a surprise offered to bring and deliver the TV on his own time without even so much as us hinting at the possibility of delivery!

If you are looking for A TV and you don't at least go here you are doing yourself your pocket and your people a disservice :)

Short: Excellent service, knowledgeable, and great prices. I worked with Jay and he was outstanding. Support a rare, truly local electronics business that knows customer service and stands behind their warranty.

Long: I was thinking about upgrading my TV and was doing a lot of research online, AV/Home Theater Forums, etc... Once I had an idea of what I wanted I started looking for places to get a good deal (e.g. WalMart refurbs, Best Buy open box deals). I stumbled across Best Deal In Town and looked them up more online and checked out their Facebook page before finally walking in the store.

Once I walked in the store I could see that it wasn't a huge electronics store, but in the end that was one of my favorite aspects. This place only stocks reputable manufacturers (Think LG, Sony, Samsung, Vizio). There isn't any junk or cheap brands. Store is in an older building, but clean and bright. They stock a solid range in size and expense for each brand and have around 30 on display with lots of others in stock that they will pull out for you (TVs range from current offerings to last years model..so no outdated dinosaurs). However, if they don't have it-- they will probably eventually get one in (that's what I did with the Samsung I eventually got).

The benefit to the seemingly "limited" selection is that everything in the store is a great value. Also, Jay and the owner's son both talked to me for a significant amount of time about various sets I was considering. I was genuinely impressed with their knowledge and it confirmed a lot of my research (knowing the actual native refresh rates, back/edge lit, and other features). I told them what I'd mostly be watching and in what kind of room. Their suggestions aligned with what I had already learned about the type of set I wanted which gave me confidence in purchasing from them.

The other thing that encouraged me about this operation was that they sold a lot of the components from Monoprice. Essentially, they weren't swindling people with overpriced Monster cables that add nothing of value. Monoprice has always given me reliable, quality accessories at an awesome value. This just confirmed that this place was a no BS operation where you can get a fair deal on TVs that are open box/returned.

Been enjoying my Samsung for 2 months now and couldn't be happier. It was still wrapped in the plastic and everything. Saw the exact same TV at Costco on special for ~45% more a week later. I had a pretty big grin on my face.

Finally, I do want to address their warranty. While I was there a gentleman came and had an issue with a few dead pixel's on his screen. They were really hard to notice, but you could see them when the screen went to full white. The guys immediately pulled another one for him and confirmed that it was good to go and loaded the new TV in his car for him. He was out the door in 5 minutes and you could tell was relieved/shocked at how professional and accommodating the employees were. I personally have to say that it makes me feel good to see a local store in the community establishing itself as a place to get a fair deal in a market dominated by big box stores with disinterested teenagers helping you.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Whether they are looking for a budget TV, or a top-of-the-line, huge Home Theater set. Go talk to these guys and they'll genuinely help you out and try to earn your business. One of the best buying experiences I've had. It's a rare and refreshing thing.
