Wildflower Café and Bakery

All menu items can be made vegan 😍 the entire case of baked goods is vegan, too! Warm tofu scramble was perfect after camping. They offer a ton of hot sauce and plantmilk options, too. Seating setup is cozy and efficient. All staff were welcoming and attentive. Relaxed vibes, ofc. Definitely worth a stop!

Amazing service. The FOH is so knowledgeable about what they use and how things are cooked. Extremely easy to get food made to the most rigorous of dietary restrictions.

Don't skip on the house made sauces or the house made hot sauce.

We enjoyed this place, on a slower day there is many parking options considering the convenient location. The food is made in house and from quality ingredients. They set the table with real wildflowers and share local art. We are pleased and excited to return and try something new.

I am glad we went to this vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurant. The vegan tofu and hash plate was deliciou. They also have quite selection of vegan pastries. So happy we found this gem!

Exceptional food, all around. The staff are great and it's a welcoming space. If I lived here I would go back all the time; their list of vegetarian & vegan dishes (all delicious that we've tried) is some of the best we've had.

I love this place because the food is amazing and it's all vegetarian or vegan. The ingredients are mostly locally sourced as well. It's set up to order at the counter and they bring it to your table. There is a station to get your own coffee, water, condiments and utensils. Staff is always friendly. I've always had a great experience.

This place actually, in all seriousness has the best ice tea I've had in my life. Their food is also amazing and delicious and HUGE. The portions are amazing. The place is cute and quaint and the staff is always welcoming and smiling. They always have fresh flowers and it's cute. I love this place.

I highly recommend the Tempe tacos!! I initially thought two tacos would not be enough for me, but I was very satisfied. My tacos came with blue tortilla chips and salsa, also delicious! Best part was the melted cheese on the bottom.

Casual atmosphere, amazing menu, even better food! It was so refreshing to have a vegan/vegetarian restaurant amidst the plethora of burger places in the area. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and you can tell they love their food and work. Walk in, order and take a seat wherever. Great little restaurant right across the way from cal poly and down the street from the plaza.
I ordered Monterey brekky breakfast and was in love! The tzatziki sauce was fresh, light and flavorful! The hummus was a texture that perfectly matched the wedged potatoes and accented the seasoning. I opted for a tofu scramble instead of the poached eggs in my meal (personal preference).
Can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve lived in humboldt for 10+years and although I’m sure I went once before, I’ll never forget it now. I’ll be back ❤

This place was so great I came back the very next day. Day 1 we got the vegan Mac and cheese and vegan McGriddle sandwich. Day 2 we got the vegan nachos and enchiladas. All four meals were delicious! Super flavorful, very large portions, fresh ingredients.

The atmosphere and the vibe of the place were awesome. The menu was outstanding with so many good, well thought out, vegetarian options with a ton of variety.

The employee working the front desk was outstanding and super friendly.

Excellent food and great ideas of you are wanting a less meat based diet. The atmosphere is quaint, feels like a little cafe. Can be a little busy. Their savory waffles and chai are excellent!

This place is incredible! Got the falafel wrap, and it was hands down the best falafel I've ever had. So moist and flavorful, and the tofu Tahini sauce was delicious! I'm sad to live so far away

Good food, tons of veggie and vegan options and skinny jeans. If i had this place back home i would be going all the time. Had the vegan Reuben and was stoked.

Wow, this place is a little gem right in downtown. The menu has a lot of great options, I wasn't that hungry so I got a smoothie and I wanted to try the falafel. First off, the smoothie was really good and they were able to substitute almond milk for hemp milk. But I have to tell you the real star of the show was that falafel. I have never had a falafel this good before... EVER!! It was so good. As I am writing this review I am sad that I did not order like 15 of them to go. I live about 6 hours away and right this second I am dreaming about that falafel. You guys did an amazing job on that, I look forward to coming through there in the future and trying some of your other offerings.

So amazing, friendly, and professional. I had a vegan baking mishap and went in to buy some of their amazing bakery treats and was treated incredibly well. My sister and mom were fans of this cafe in the 90s, and I am joining them! :)

Had some pasta to go. I thought the dish was quite good. The hostess was friendly. Not a lot to look at on the outside but inside was cozy.

Found this vegan-vegetarian place with delicious food and coffee. Lots of pastries that are vegan. Hemp milk available (always a plus). The tofu scramble with cheese dip was very flavorful, and made of whole food.

Stopped at this cute and cozy Café on our way. Loved the variety of food options on the menu (a few items that I had never seen on a menu before!) and the amazing service. Many great baked goods options to take with you for the road as well. This Café is a must-stop place on road trips on CA coast.

The biscuits and gravy lived up to the rave reviews. The cornbread dish was excellent too. But I was so full by then. The pictures give you an idea of the quantity, except we dove in before I remembered to take the pictures
