Samantha the manager at this branch is fantastic. She is super personable as well as knowledgeable. She is quick to help, and I always feel welcome in here. She has made a point to introduce me to their staff and they are always quick to greet and help with my needs.

Samantha and her staff were amazing when I opened my savings account. She listened to my needs and helped me choose the best option for me. Everyone I interacted with made sure I understood the information I was given and took time to be sure my online access was up an running before I walked out. I definitely recommend this branch if you’re looking for quality customer service.

I'm always amazed by the extraordinary customer service, especially at this particular branch. Shout out to Yuhan for her hard work in dealing with my purchase with a problematic vendor. She's amazing.

DOG FRIENDLY! They even offer cookie bones or water. The faces may change, but they know your name even if you don't go in very frequently. Always willing to help and improve their service.

Terrible customer service. Card services are either automated or overseas so good luck trying to use words in Spanish (this is California so places and names are often in Spanish). Also, they have very low interest rates. Check out a Credit Union.

If your a person of color don't bother. Every action besides the ATM will be considered you attempting fraud.
