Dan and his crew painted the exterior of our house and then built our dream deck! The paint job was excellent and Michael and Lucas were very detail oriented and asked for my feedback throughout the project. Angela helped make my vision come alive with our deck designing exactly what we wanted and then some adding beautiful touches like redwood. Luke and the carpentry crew were a pleasure to work with, keeping me informed and finishing our dream deck just in time for Christmas! Luke even came back for touch ups. Everyone was professional and transparent. I am so happy they are a local company who prioritizes other locals! I will definitely be calling Dan for my next project! A ++ for DMC!

DMC did a great project for us, ~900 sq ft of stamped concrete and an awesome covered pergola. Dan and his whole crew were great. This was a big project for us and Dan helped us think it through with some great design ideas along the way. You can tell they take pride in their work. We had some bumps, to be expected with construction of any sort, and Dan was great to communicate with.

Dan is a great guy and works hard for his clients. I know him personally from this last year when he coached my two sons in football. He’s a man of integrity and a great work ethic. He gets the best out of his football players and people around him in general. I would trust Dan and DMC with anything construction wise and in youth sports. My boys loved him as a coach and I am honored to call him a friend.

DMC has been the go to for all my needs at Slate Boutique. From painting and custom shelves to a full store front install, they have the skills to do a wide range of jobs when it comes to construction. The crew is respectful of the area while they work and well mannered. I was expecting the store front install to take about a month but they were super fast and finished it in a little over 2 weeks. I would highly recommend.

I contacted Dan to have his company build a support on my deck to sustain the weight of a hot tub. Dan arrived promptly and gave a competitive estimate. His crew was here several days later and worked two days to ensure the reinforced deck would support the hot tub. Both workers were friendly, communicative, and worked hard to ensure the integrity of the supported structure. One even came back on a Saturday just to remove some material from one of the concrete supports that hadn't completed hardening from the previous day. The contractor who renovated my house looked at the supporting structure and was impressed with the quality of work. If I need more help with construction, I'll be calling DMC Home Building.

After moving into an older house we had a long list of work to be done. We chose DMC because the example photos of their work showed a high quality, and when we were eventually able to have Dan and his crew come and begin tackling projects, they did not disappoint! Everything from small repairs, painting, masonry and carpentry all the way to installing two new bathrooms, adding new windows and tile floors, overhauling the water collection and filtration systems — they tackled everything on our list as real professionals and left us with quality work. Dan is always friendly and fair and a pleasure to work with. They may be in high demand, and perhaps aren't the cheapest game in town, but the difference shows in their work and we are more than satisfied.

Last summer I had an emergency water issue and Dan literally came within 20 minutes of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem, immediately ordered replacement parts, and found a plumber. The issue was resolved promptly within a few days. The cost was a bit high, but I am appreciative of the quality of service received.

Dan and his crew really came through for me when I needed some siding, trim, and window replacement work done. I had a pretty small time frame to get the work done, and he went above and beyond to fit me into his already busy schedule.

His crew were always super friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Dan himself always got back to me promptly if i had a question or concern about a step in the process. Working with DMC removed a lot of stress I had been feeling about tackling this project and I don't think anyone else would have been able to work with me within the time frame I had and still provide the same quality of work.

DMC built my mother in law unit from start to finish. They did a beautiful job designing a comfortable little home with all modern conveniences and a beautiful bathroom and they even added a hot tub on the deck.
