We've used Mad River Plumbing for years and have always found them to be courteous, professional and competent. Happy to recommend them (they also have a Rotorooter franchise, so a one stop shop)

Mad River plumbing is contracted with my home warranty company, so really it was my only choice. After reading the reviews, I was skepticle about the type of service I would receive. Honestly, my expereince was a 180 difference from what others have posted; from the time of the first call, through setting up the evaluation required by the home waaranty, through installation of two faucets. Since I work from home, there are small windows of time that needed to be accommodated. The front office person was kind, understanding and worked with me to find the most convenieint time. I received a reminder phone call the day before to confirm the time. Mike arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time and was professional and efficient. I will contact Mad River plumbing for any future needs, covered by home warranty or not!

Quick response. Friendly and knowledgeable crew, especially Abraham. Job was supposed to take four days. They got it done in three. Professional, on time, and accommodating.

They answered there phones. Service was prompt and professional. They cammed my sewer line and found where Att had drilled thru my line. The service people were on it. Thank you for hiring veterans. Great service and friendly people.

The worst experience I’ve had working with something like this. I never leave reviews for anything, when I scheduled my appointment they said it was scheduled for the day after we agreed upon. When it was time for them to show up @9am, nobody came, i waited till 10:30 to call, when I did, the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me she hung up. I called back and she put me on hold for ten minutes. They came to fix a leaky fosset and by the time they left it was worse. They said it was unfixable unless I ordered a bunch of parts, just called a handyman I know and he fixed it in 30 minutes. Do not give your money to this terrible business!

I was told my appointment would be 8am. I called at 11:30am and asked for an update. They called back a half hour later and said it would be another hour. Apparently they had told me the wrong appt. time when I scheduled and since there's no confirmation phone calls as there are with other plumbing businesses I had no way of knowing this. I took the entire morning off of work and received no apologies for their mistake. I will never use Mad River for my plumbing needs.

Told two days ago would be out after 12 on Monday. Planned day around it. Got back at 12 and 2:30pm I called and they said they tried to contact me on phone and since no resoonse couldn't come out for another two days. Four daya nursing a brojen pipe in ground.

If your comfortable with dealing with a Karen receptionist and a karen owner this place is for you. This is the first time I have given a review for any business. Poor customer service is an understatement

Price way too high. $450 to change wax ring in two toilets!! Cancelled. Did it myself with help.
