So a little bit of context: I left tmobile a few years ago after a debacle over an iPhone. I recently switched back because I had Verizon, and their 5G was not very reliable.

I tried to do the switch and save, and I’ve never had such a headache inducing month with anything like this. I didn’t receive instruction on how to do it in the beginning, I was lead to believe I would just receive an email for when it was ready,, but I never did.

So now, unfortunately, I have to dish out the 600 bucks to pay off my phone, and not to mention, this debacle has affected the due date, so I may have to pay a late fee.

So if you switch over to T-Mobile, make sure your phone is already paid off. The process for “switch and save” is tedious, and by the time you hear anything back, your bill is already most likely due.

UPDATE: T-MOBILE has redeemed themselves. A great customer service rep. helped me out on my switch and save, and even expedited the payment to pay off my phone.

Thank you guys very much for your assistance, and I am very pleased with the results. You guys have earned a lifetime customer.

Cristian is the best T-Mobile representative I have ever met. He was kind, knowelwdge, patience and a great teacher who was able to answer all my questons whilw showing me whT to do .He also has great customer service skills. I would hire him myself because good service is hard to find.

I just want give this store a huge shout out for helping get hooked up with a new phone. It was very well in time for an upgrade as well as a better service provider. The young lady that helped me. Her name was Fallon, not only did she manage to get me set up with service and a new phone through T-mobile. She was able to help the long line of customers with only one employee on shift. Great job and Kickass job Fallon!

Kristopher and his co-worker were genuinely nice, knowledgeable and extremely eager to help. Totally different experience compared to the other Redding T-mobile we went to recently. The manager lady was quite distracted and very busy (but I used to be a manager so I totally get that). Overall it was a really terrific visit!

Very happy with the customer service I got when I went in to buy my new phone. Shane was extremely helpful with backing up all my important data to my new phone and he was very knowledgeable and kind. Josh was also very helpful with making sure I was being helped right away. Also Kiki was outstanding as well! Every one there was amazing! Just take a stop into their store, you won't regret it 😁

Excellent customer service! I definitely recommend Jordan for any questions or help with your account. He helped save me $150/month on my account, while explaining everything proficiently! Joshua also came over and assisted with my account and was very friendly and helpful! I've had nothing but positive experiences with this T-Mobile location and their employees! Thanks guys!

Miranda helped me with 100 questions about my new phone and even helped me do a bunch of stuff she didnt have to. She was friendly and patient which was refreshing after working a 12 hour shift. Customer service was amazing with her!

Kiki is the store manager and has done an excellent job of helping our family transition to T- Mobile. The whole store has been kind and know what they are doing. After almost 8 years with another carrier we were forced to transition after our previous carrier who wouldn't work with us in the midst of a personal bank fraud situation. We are so thankful for T-mobile and their honesty and willingness to work with us in a difficult situation. In fact we are happy to be with T-Mobile now because the customer service is impeccable. Thanks again for how easy you made things for our family!

I have had some negative phone store experiences but this was one of the best. I had a lot of things to juggle, upgrading phones and plans, having a line close, bringing in a new version member and changing my number. Drake took excellent care of me and made it all informative, clear and stress free. Wish all experiences could be like this one.

I never do this, but Erick and T-mobile was incredible! He was super friendly and really knowledgeable. He helped us save hundreds and switch over from Sprint with no hassle on our end! We are so glad we chose to go with T-mobile! He needs to be promoted!!

Walked in to pick up my warranty phone replacement and was helped by a guy named Shane. He admitted to not knowing much about LG phones so it took longer than expected. Amazing customer service though and made the time fly by. 10/10 would go again.

All I can say is WOW! Friday night we started our "journey" to get a lower bill and after a hour at our old phone company (AT&T) we decided we couldn't put up with such bad service. We knew we were changing service providers the second we walked out of AT&T. We walked into T-mobile and were overwhelmed with the customer service. Shane was the sales guy we had and he blew us away. He really broke down everything so well and really wanted us to get the best deal we could. He never tried to over sell us on stuff we didn't need. He even personally walked us down to AT&T when we needed some information to get switched over. We are so appreciative of the service we got! Thank you to everyone at T-mobile for making our disappointing night into an amazing experience!! You guys rock!!

Keirnan was amazing at customer service for me today. I had spent about a total of 3 hours on the phone with customer service, and 1 hour with a different associate, still the issue was unresolved, yesterday. When I walked into the store today, I finally was exhausted from the issue, Kieran fixed my problem in 10 minutes, with a full explanation on what had been going on. He made sure I was properly taken care of and walked me through step by step. Thank you Kiernan! I’m heading to you for any future questions. I came in looking for a new phone for my lady and myself. Kevin helped me pick out the phone I needed for my personal and business needs. Im a tech so I really felt comfortable having another guru like Kevin help me out. Its always hard to meet my standards but this phone is killer and the customer service was stellar the whole way. Absolutely love T Mobile! went in today to get new phones for me and my husband, was helped by Rafael, best customer service ever! Very kind, patient and most important extremely helpful! Every time I go into T Mobile they always go above and beyond I couldn't be more Happy! I would highly recommend T Mobile to anyone! Next time your looking to get a new phone T Mobile is the place for sure, I would ask to have Rafael help out as he was extremely helpful!

I went in today to get a new phone and Kiki and hunter helped me and they were absolutely amazing. They were fun and upbeat and so professional. They served us so well and met all of my expectations. Absolutely hands down the best T- mobile experience I've had so far. Jordan went above and beyond any others have done to truly hear my questions and concerns and explain in detail a response. Even going as far as to offer an option to save us money on our bill without having to be asked.
