Metro by T-Mobile

Good salespeople. I have been with Metro PCS for at least 20 years total. Never any billing problems.
But I sure get a lot more commercials than I used to get. Very annoying it's like watching tv.
But the employees in the store itself was great

The young lady who helped us was excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. She went over and above what I expected.

A great experience for me, the two very attractive women in the store helped me find a charger for my Galaxy S8+, the phone with the strange charger. They helped me find it promptly and gave excellent customer service. Whoever owns this MetroPCS store should give those two women a raise. My first good service from a cellphone provider since I Ieft the Bay Area. Keep up the good work. :-)

Due to a new security code needed to pay the bill I found myself unable to pay it online. So I thought I will do as I always used to do and just go in and pay it in person. The office in Redding shut down, much to my shock and annoyance . The Westwood Village office was nice enough to answer the phone and give me instructions to call 611 so that I could pay my bill that was due that day. As I am handicapped and could not drive all the way down to their store. The one in Redding never did answer the phone in years past, it was always Westwood that helped me out.

The only metro left in town. Be prepared to wait awhile if you go. Good start the and all but like i said it's the only 1 in Redding.

Diana was wonderful! She helped me activate my phone and provided wonderful customer service. She assisted in making sure my icloud connected to my other phone which was so, helpful! They are wonderful, outstanding, hard workers, thanks so much!

I CAME IN TO FIND """""RON""""" ASSISTING A FAMILY.. I INFORMED HIM OF MY CELL NOT CHARGING ON ANY CABLES & WAS STRESSED BECAUSE IT'S A BRAND NEW PHONE!!!!! WELL THIS YOUNG MAN FIXED MY ISSUES & MORE IMPORTANTLY HE LISTENED TO MY MOST UNFORTUNATE DILEMMAS I'VE BEEN FACING!!!!!!

Ron and Jordon are great they have the best customer service went to the redding Dana Drive location by the mall and I will say it was the worst customer service I received in a long time, If you live in redding go to the westside road location they know how to treat there customers and out do the other store with there service x10, they let you know that they appreciate you.

Great service always has good deals for new customers.

Good customer service, never had to wait long. Only bad point rarely has variety of phones or accessories. Great to stop for payments fast.
