Simo the Sales Manager, is not only professional, hard-working, and quick witted--but he is one of the fairest salesmen we've met. Thank you Luis for doing the work of five people and making everything right. If it wasn’t for you, I would’ve returned the vehicle completely. Luis deserves all the praise and recognition, he’s the real hero here and the REAL salesperson. Luis is out here carrying all the weight of the company. His communication is top notch. I can’t say enough good things about him. It’s not the company that’s bad, it’s just a couple of complacent dishonorable salespeople who make the buying experience unpleasant for everyone, essentially creating more work for everyone and acting like it’s not their job to fix anything. But Luis will make sure everything is taken care of at the end of the day! I also met Fidel who was pleasant to speak with and brought an energy that put me at ease. This is my honest and drawn out review/ experience but I know how big of a deal purchasing a vehicle is so it’s only fair that I give my honest opinion of the experience. After it was all said and done, I’m happy with the purchase and glad everything was fixed. Thank you Luis for helping me get right in my new Jeep.

They (Andre and Jordan) will talk negatively about you amongst themselves while you’re sitting right there. While doing business with Andre, Jordan steps in on a conversation that did not include him. Jordan was extremely pushy and sassy (wasn’t even speaking to him). The overall lack of attention to detail is astounding. I cannot believe they would even look at a clearly damaged vehicle and think it’s okay to be test driven or even driven off the lot. We drove 2+ hours for the test drive and unfortunately sealed the deal only to have to drive the vehicle back two days later due to damages that were brought up during the test drive that they assured would be resolved. The jeep has been back in their possession for over a week and they have failed to offer any updates and have also failed to repair ANY of the damages that were supposed to be repaired. We also set up an appointment with caliber collisions through our own insurance which they were supposed to drive it across the street to and again failed to do so and failed to follow up. Do NOT waste ANY time doing business with these people (Andre Nazari and Jordan) PLEASE hire people who take pride in their work

My husband and I are thrilled with our new luxury truck from Crown Dodge. We had the most amazing, no pressure, easy going experience with the manager Simo. He made himself available (even on his day off)and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable to make the deal. Denise in finance was so friendly, informative and patient with us. Crown Dodge has a great group of staff and we will be back in the future.

Let me start off by saying Simo is the man. Had been in the new truck market for about two months. Had given up hope after the Laramie I was planning on buying at another dealer sold the day I was planning on picking it up. I decided it wasn’t meant to be until. This was until I got an email from crown dodge. I showed interest and was immediately contacted by Simo. Simo let me know what was in stock and we found something that fit my needs. We started discussing numbers and he was able to get me a better deal for the truck and my trade then the other dealer. This was also a higher trim model the limited. Simo was more than willing to go out of his way to make the deal happen. Went in for a test drive and fell in love. Simo recommended I put a deposit so I didn’t loose the truck this time. We did that and I got the truck within a week. Simo has followed up and made sure my purchase was everything I wanted. Anyone looking for a new car suv or truck I recommend you go see him. I’ll definitely refer people to this guy.

Bought a beautiful Jeep Sahara from Crown Dodge, Eden in finance is exceptional and very responsive and answered all my questions even on his days off. There were a few hiccups at the beginning of the deal but Luis saved the day and really went above and beyond to save the whole deal. Met Fidel from classics when we picked up the Jeep and it is apparent that Luis and Fidel both make customer service a top priority. Definitely will recommend Crown Dodge to anyone looking for a new or used Jeep or even one of their beautiful classic cars

Honestly I was not all that impressed with the dealership, not that they were bad. I'd say the dealership was like most of the rest.

Simo is very pleasant, cuts through all the car buying nonsense we all hate and worked hard in our behalf. Not once did he make us feel bad or awkward when we honestly told hime we were also looking at other trucks at other dealerships. Instead he just supported us at looking into what was best for us.

I was researching Jeep Gladiators online this week and came across an advertisement from Crown Jeep. I filled out a price inquiry form and was contacted by the online sales manager Andre Nazari. What a professional, knowledgeable, and really nice person.
I was able to do 80% of the transaction from home via email, text, and phone.
This was the first time I purchased a vehicle online and I was amazed how easy Andre made it. What a breeze!

Took my truck in for some maintenance issues. Staff was fast and friendly. The service advisor Kelsey is awesome! Super friendly and made sure all the needs for my vehicle were met. if you live in Ventura county this place is definitely the spot for all your dodge jeep and Chrysler needs.

For starters, if you value your money, you need to invest it here with Ali as your salesman, he knows what he’s talking about and is so personable and went out of his way to assist me with all of my needs, forever a customer of his. Melissa was the one who made the appointment for me and chatted with me while I was waiting and was so welcoming. Dennys is a true gem here at dodge! You’ll leave just as happy and excited with your purchase as I did, if you work with these 3 individuals. Overall 10/10…I DO recommend.

I called Crown Dodge and spoke with JT/Jarrod Thomas about a Rolls Royce that I had seen on their website that they had just gotten in, but wasn't priced yet. JT was amazing to work with and found out the price for me right away. I am from out of state so I advised him I was going to buy a flight down the next day with my wife and see the car. JT was able to assure that the car would be ready for me to view and test drive the next day and was available and ready for me when I arrived. I ended up buying the car after flying back home that same day and JT was so easy to work with and helped me get a great deal. The car was detailed before it left Crown Dodge and JT was there on his day off to make sure the car made it on the transporter truck/trailer safely and helped coordinate the whole thing for me. Every promise was kept and I could not have had a better experience with JT and Crown Dodge. I consider JT a friend of mine now and would love to buy another vehicle from him in the future if the right opportunity presents itself. Highly recommend working with JT and Crown Dodge. Ok so ive been buying trucks from Crown since 05 and now on my 4th. Never have i ever had such an awesome experience buying a vehicle. From sales to finance 5 stars! JT in sales is down to earth and a real one. That guy can sell doors, door to door!! Moe, Richard, and Bob are A+.
Never have i appreciated a dealership and left feeling i got hooked up and "felt" i win out on a deal.
