Sherrie and Laila are top notch. I had called a recommended company for a business I had purchased and from my first phone call leaving a message with no return call back after a week I decided to seek another company. I reached out to Sherrie. Laila answered, she was exceptional! It happened to be a Friday before a holiday weekend but this did not stop her from doing her job. Within an hour I had coverage! The ladies have followed up with me after the policy was purchased. It is hard to find dedicated people willing to go above and beyond for their customer's. Sherrie has a delightful personality that makes you feel at ease. Laila is very sweet. Both are dedicated and knowledgeable.

When we did have an incident and had to submit a claim on our house, Sherrie and the State Farm team were very caring and were able to work with us and answer all of our questions.
