Great day. Freezer went out at 7am . At Frank's 830am and new freezer installed 330pm EXCELLENT Good price too.

Friendly, helpful and quick from the time I walked through the door yesterday to purchase my new washer and dryer from the time they left today to deliver and install. Went there after a not so great experience at ruddys in visalia on mooney. Would recommend Frank's everytime! Thank you so much guys! Feeling so greatful.

We bought a great oven here, and have been using it daily. It not only works great but is absolutely beautiful.

I had them out to look at my stove that was not registering the correct temp and would not let me put in a temp. When the tech arrived and I told him the problem he said oh I think I know what is wrong. It was somehow changed to celsius instead of fahrenheit and withhin 2 min he had it set correct and problem solved. Although I was happy about that I was not happy about still having to pay the $129 service fee. However, I agree I should have paid something but $129?

Great experience here! They gave me advice over the phone about my old fridge saying it was most likely a compressor which is $1000 fix. Said I could have them come out for the service fee if I still wanted them too. I talked to a few more people I know who agreed that Frank's was probably right. I decided to get a new fridge and went to a few places to look. Frank's had the best prices with their full warranty scratch and dent inventory. Lots of selections. They were knowledgeable and not pushy. Got a great price. The delivery guys were SO careful bringing it and were really nice. Thanks Frank's!

Had a great experience shopping for a dishwasher there. Roy the Sales Rep was very courteous, kind, and helpful...great guy and a Vietnam Veteran to boot as we talked Army shop while going through the sales process. Bought my dishwasher and delivery was already on the way to my house as soon as I left Frank's. Just waited at home a few short minutes until delivery arrived. The installation guy (I forgot to get his name) did an excellent job in taking out my old early 90's dishwasher and installing the new Whirlpool stainless steel modern day dishwasher. The installer was kind enough to let me know I had a minor leak in my hot water valve under my sink (I just replaced today in seconds) which he didn't have to do. Installer had no problems or issues installing and was done within an hour, hour and a half. Many thanks to the installer, professional and courteous! Could not get over how quiet the dishwasher sounds when running, Roy the salesman said it was super quiet, he was right! I will DEFINITELY return there for my next replacement appliance. Kudos to all of you!

Great experience with Frank's. The ignitor in our Maytag dryer went out. I called Frank's and they had a service tech dispatched the very next morning. They had the part in stock and were able to repair it in a single visit. The tech (Mike) was courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them for appliance service.

I got washer that my husband thinks is so cool looking that he said he was going to have to start washing clothes! They were out of stock on the one I wanted online but the one I got is nicer looking and has a couple features the other one didn't have AND it was cheaper than the original one I picked out!
