I really like the customer service I received From Manuel, which is why this is a 3 star review and not a 1, when ordering my red wood rails andfence boards however I go in today at 6:30 when they open and I'm greeted by the delightful Bob and Dan who doesn't feel that customers are how they get a paycheck clearly I have never been so disgusted by customer service in my lifetime I will think again before I choose this place to buy my lumber. It is sad because as a small business owner I am loyal to people who treat me like they want my business. If I wanted to be treated poorly I would go to a big box store where they dont care about their customers
