Fair but can be more helpful they say call one place I call they redirect to someone else just to call them just to hang up because they are too busy to find time to talk to a paying customer now I understand people and companies get busy but to hang up with no messages or voicemail anything is a waste of my time and my money I’d appreciate if they take my information down and call back anything to not just hang up and not reach out back communication is key sometimes people just forget how they started off

They are a rip off, after my friend paid for his insurance the agent called him 9 days later wanting an additional $150.00 more, said she had made a mistake he cancelled it, then said he had to pay for her mistake and would not give him a refund. That 9 days should have been prorated. Not recommended insurance company company. Does not diserve a single star.

The lady I just spoke to is so rude definitely don’t recommend this insurance I repeat go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why he's not on the phone every day.
