My husband passed away and I wanted to move him to Mexico. It was a difficult situation and I had no idea how to do it. Laura took care of everything and explained to me step by step what it would be like. We had a rosary in the chapel and Frank and Dave were in charge. Thank you all for your professionalism, attention and patience. Highly recommended.

My experience with Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service was exceptional to say the least! Laura Águeda-Rodriguez, the funeral director was the most professional, caring and overall so very helpful person we could have had to assist us! She took us through the long list of decisions needed to be made, explaining everything along the way and making it easy for us decide! After the initial meeting, she was always available to answer questions either by phone or email. When I needed to make changes, she made it happen! All of their staff pretty much held our hand throughout the entire process and treated us with gentle care that we appreciated so very much!

My dad went to heaven Friday afternoon and 11am Monday morning I received a call saying I had to have his body moved by the end of the day. I was exhausted, overwhelmed and plainly devastated. I was amazed how far out of her way she went to make things easier for me. I am truly grateful for how compassionate and caring Whitehurst is to those dealing with one of the worst experiences of their life.

My beloved mother recently passed away. Laura Rodriguez and her staff were beyond phenomenal. My family didn't have to worry about anything with Laura's team in charge. The staff communicates and listens perfectly. They are very well organized. We are so grateful that Whitehurst-,Norton-Dias took care of our mother. I highly recommend their services should you lose a loved one. You won't regret it. They take care of all the "business" aspect of dying so the family can mourn appropriately. No one likes planning or doing this, but the services for my dad needed to be perfect. This place is top notch. ALL employees were very professional and most importantly empathetic. Every detail was taken care of, and they think of everything. The slideshow/video was excellent and so was the obituary. Laura was the best. I can’t recommend this place enough. Laura and Matthew were the two people at Whitehurst-Norton who I and my mother had worked with in taking care of my dad's funeral arrangements. Both did an outstanding job in taking care of our family's needs. Everything was handled in a professional but caring manner.
