The staff were very professional polite and outgoing , and the rooms were very nice and cleaned every day . I really felt comfortable and I gotta say that I will try and use this motel every time I'm out here. Stayed two nights. Clean room and quiet. Close to Doctors Hospital. I'm a smoker. The smoking area is protected along with everything else. That's kinda huge for a woman smoking at night. Staff is great and accommodating. I locked myself out once and there was no hesitation walking over to open my door. They're friendly and they smile and I got the impression it wasn't fake. Ya know how you just get that feeling? What I'm trying to say is I'm impressed. A really bad situation brought me to Modesto and I probably won't be back. If I ever am and I need a room near Doctors Hospital again, this is the place I'm gonna stay. Bring shampoo and conditioner!

Well I get to this place it was the cheapest in price, it's in a convenient area with a liquor store 1/2 block, fast food places all near the area. The staff is polite an in give a positive vibe this place is excellent

Nick is absolutely a wonderful human being! He always accommodates my family no matter what the issue is. Blanca his assistant manager is awesome as well! We had some room issues and they took care of it promptly. I have a special needs daughter and they are understanding of our situation. It's a good price. Excellent customer service. Will always return when in need of a place to stay. As long as you communicate with them they will take care of you!!

Super fast service only thing is that they said the electronic deposit of 30 dollars could take 5-10 business days to be reimbursed as opposed to cash on the spot.

The rooms are very clean and well kept. The staff were sweet and helpful around my work schedule. I will definitely stay again. Rooms were secure, and I never worried about safety.

Nice rooms a little pricey though wish they could bring the motels down a bit for the locals....

The house cleaning woman with Red hair was very clean and thorough. Very attentive to the guest and keep the inside and outside maintained and safe. Always made sure everyone had fresh towels and toiletries. She maintained her mask on at all times. The tall young man in the office showed me a room since i was hesitate, he insured it will be safe. He also made sure we had toilet papper and change for laundry when needed. The elder man with a accent helped with a plunger and change when needed. May this company continue to be a Blessing for family's and their pets in temp needs, Amen.

Very clean rooms, just remodeled, great staff, always so friendly and they all go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. The man at the front desk was so friendly, always smiling, and made me feel right at home. The houskeeping staff would always make sure that I had everything I needed and was always smiling and never missed a bear when cleaning. I enjoyed coming back to the room because I new I would have fresh sheets and towels. Thanks ladies, and thank you so much for an enjoyable and unforgettable stay! Our house keeper Pam was so wonderful. She was very courteous and kind. She had very wonderful customer service skills . Because of her is why I will continue to stay at the motel 6 anytime

My husband rent a room The housekeepers were very nice and helpful, the rooms look much better, the bathroom look great and clean. I will definitely come back. Is improving alot since we were there two months ago great job.

I stayed in room 227 and I absolutely love it. It's safe to walk to your room. Both front desk personal where so nice and helpful always smiling and kind. Room comes with a big flat screen TV you can plug PS4 Xbox etc.. fridge and microwave good size. Room is big as well as bathroom. If I could I would give this a 10 Star because of the hospitality and warm welcome I got from the front desk. I'll be definitely coming back thank you guys!!

I've said it before... I Love a motel 6 and this one is Great!! If you don't book online your stuck paying night to night. You can book as many nights as you want online. The beds are so comfy! The water is Very hot and it's quiet here. I'm definitely coming back to this one. Good job guys!! 🙂

Okay, so this point is a Budget Motel. However, the thing that made me like this place more, is the fact that they help the homeless! That is something that is big for me, and I appreciate the fact that they care to even do that. The staff their best to keep up the property well, and it is conveniently located next to a variety Market. I would be happy to stay there anytime.

My name is Alicia and I've stayed here for about 2 weeks almost 3 the staff is amazing especially Blanca she makes sure you have everything need and that the rooms are spotless she gives info on all the hot spots in modesto . She is the best I will most definitely stay here again the coffee is great and Nick is awesome Pam is also awesome and she works really hard especially Blanca I can't forget Melissa great staff great and it's also a perfect area because all of the food areas are right downtown and there the only ones with a refrigerator and an microwave can't beat that!!!

#1 this is NOT a bad area of town. Modesto is what we call a co-op town meaning we are kind to the homeless population and in turn they tend to behave. The staff are very nice especially the tall handsome one. 😉 I stay once in a while when I work my 18hour rotation and I have been given a few second chances.The location is very convenient with restaurants walking distance as well as the movie theater being like a 5 minute drive. I love the rooms. They are very clean and modern and I can absolutely promise they DO NOT have coackroaches people! Those were probably silverfish. The only cockroach you're gonna see in this are are the giant black Japanese beatles (not even Actually cockroaches) but those are only outside unless you personally bring a hitcher. The housekeeping staff are very meticulous and the rooms are emaculate plus the management checks the rooms before they are approved for check-in and arrivals. The neighborhood is not dangerous by any means.

Very helpful management. They allowed me to inspect three rooms before hand for my coworkers. To my surprise all three rooms were clean and fresh. It’s in a great location and there are some amazing food options nearby. Way to raise the bar for motel 6.
