Haven't been back here in over 20 years and was pleasantly surprised how well maintained and nice this place is. The remodel from what I remember as a kid was very modern and clean looking. Aging myself here but I remember when it was Showbiz pizza. The pizza was surprisingly good for kids based place. Everything was well maintained from the tables, arcade machines and bathrooms. Staff was friendly and very enthusiastic for the kids. The arcade games are all card reader based so you don't have to worry about pockets full of tokens and good options between time play and pay play.

Great customer service, excellent experience.
My kids had a great time here. Plenty of space for large groups. The only thing I would say is, it has less games than other Chuck E. Cheese. Other than that, I would recommend.

The stage is being removed tomorrow. You'll have to drive all the way to southern California to see a full band. I'd recommend going to the Northridge location, as those are staying forever. Goodbye to the last 3-stage in CA.

Wasnt busy at all!!! It was like we had the whole place to ourselves 😊. Took my son out for mom and son day and we had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks. Great prices on unlimited game play for 90 minutes.

Funand added the 2.0 and the dance floor was super fun and no more carrying tickets fun place u should visit some day

The customer service here is amazing! I go here every once in a while with my disabled son and they treated us very well !

I actually had fun here prices were better than I thought for 4 adults 2 children about $100😊 and the cakes were $12 good cake too

I would usually say I hate this place but going this last time was very enjoyable the manager lady has definitely cleaned it up pizzas are 10 times better workers are so much nicer and all together better then it has ever been. Also ask for Jonathan he was such a fun and hard working young man

We had a reserved table for a birthday party. Our host was attentive. He got into the singing with the birthday child. He cut the cake and served the icecream for us. He was very polite. He was a people person. The kids loved the goodie bags. This is our messy table after all the fun.😁

I feel like the pizza is better than when I was a kid. My kids are 2 and 4 and they love this place! Get the unlimited for an allotted time because otherwise the little ones use the tokens up pretty quick.

2nd year having my son's bday party here and I love it!! Hannah was a wonderful host!

I take my kids to eat and play, For them to have fun. At the end I’m the one who is having fun playing all the games. The like how the staff checks the arms of the parents and kids stamps. to make sure they match. 👍

My almost 2 year old had fun running around playing and riding the merry go round and etc. No more tokens, cards!

Came here for my sons birthday and he loved it the customer service was great very friendly and it still looks the same from when I can 3 years old now I’m 29 brings back good memories I can now have my kids experience the same that I did highly recommend!

Ok, I gave you five stars because we love ❤ u. NOW FOR SOME GOOD ADVICE. The packages for the games need to be better. More cards more affordable.

I want take time out to bring notice to the management there, there was a manager by the name of Ronica and she had such great energy and hospitality… made us feel welcome. She was very patient with me and I’m very grateful that she was there to serve us. The staff was great I went on Fourth of July it was short staff but the staff was still great and I know that has to do with management. I’ve been going to Chuck E. Cheese for years I’ve never seen this lady there but she was amazing. I also want to say there was a young man on Fourth of July by the name of Matthew he was handling my pizza and he was very respectful and I appreciate that so thank you Matthew as well. Thank you Ronica!

Please Chuck E. Cheese please bring special attention to your management so you could keep her around to make your business look good she deserves a special recognization a raise I would say if you want to keep that business going.
