Wish I could give them 10 stars. We took our child to their first dentist appointment here and the entire staff could not have been more wonderful. It's weird to call a dentist visit "heart warming" but this really was. There is something special about this family office, on this family property, surrounded by beautiful gardens. We can't thank and recommend them enough.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Shailee and Dr. Oliver since they were toddlers. I know that the dentists and team always have my kids' best interests and health in mind and help me make good decisions for their dental health. They are responsive and proactive. Dr. Shailee and Dr. Oliver work hard to make it as painless as possible. My kids are comfortable going to the dentist and feel at ease there- which is priceless.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Dr. Rob Oliver and Associates! My two kids have been going here since their first check ups and we recommend them to everyone. They are kind, compassionate, and quick! Both offices are kid friendly and welcoming to all. The staff is communicative and easy to work with!

We had the BEST experience with Dr. Shailee and the rest of the staff at the Sebastopol location. The person who did my daughter’s was so so so sweet, patient and calming. She put me and my daughter at ease. I, myself, am terrified of the dentist so I’ve been putting off taking my daughter and I shouldn’t have. It was so easy-peasy. The person doing the cleaning explained every single little step which made my daughter so comfortable. She’s actually looking FORWARD to her next visit! Dr. Shailee was very thorough and I trust her treatment recommendations and I didn’t feel like anything was unnecessary. She wanted to make sure my daughter would be as comfortable as possible for future visits. The woman at the front was very helpful with trying to get us in as soon as possible for further treatment and I really appreciate that. I can’t thank everyone at the office enough for such a great experience!

I can’t say enough what a blessing it has been bringing my daughters here for the past handful of years! Both offices are so clean and friendly. Sebastopol office is a special retreat though. The little garden is a mini escape. The lobby is serene! The staff are so gentle and kind…they really take the time to explain treatment options! I also appreciate all of the timely appointment reminders.

Wonderful experience. First visit for both kids and all the staff were just perfect with them. Very accommodating and gentle.

Our little guy has the best time at the dentist because of the people at Dr Rob Oliver’s office in Sebastopol. The cutest location and friendliest staff. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

My son has been a patient at Dr. Oliver's since he was 5 and he's turning 16 soon. We have never had a negative experience! We continue to stay as every staff member is friendly and informs us on how to improve our sons hygiene. I would recommend them. And they have several locations which has been helpful to have options for scheduling.

Our toddler is usually pretty terrified of going to new places, a recent first haircut was pretty chaotic, so I was a bit apprehensive about taking him to a dentist. My wife came here when she was a little girl and loved it. This place is total magic. The environment around the facility is full of nature, basically a kid oasis of fun stuff to explore. And the staff was so excellent and knew how to steer everything. There was still screaming when it came to looking at his teeth but it was pretty short lived and could have been a lot worse. And he liked it there! Get there early to play around and linger around afterwards with a young kid and I’m confident they’ll love going to the dentist!

We love Dr. Oliver’s office! A family-run practice with excellent and kind staff who take great care of our child. The building itself is very charming and whimsical, in a cute country setting. We see Dr. Shailee Mashruwala and have taken him here since he was a toddler. She is great with children and very knowledgeable in her expertise. Overall it has been a wonderful introduction to the dentist—he is actually excited about going when his appointments roll around on the calendar.

What a magical pediatric dental office! My kids LOVE going to the dentist! And Karen at the front desk is soo very helpful! Such a great experience! 10 outta 10 recommend!

Dr. Oliver’s office is wonderful. All of the staff are warm and welcoming the moment we walk in. They make my kids feel very comfortable, and the room is bright and inviting. They explain everything to my kids with words they can easily understand and make parents feel comfortable too. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. My kids enjoy going to their appointments!

The staff are all friendly and very helpful, especially when explaining insurance stuff. Dr Rob and Dr Jeremy are spectacular and were able to fix my son's two front permanent teeth after he broke them both. His confidence was shot when it happened, but now you can't even tell, because they look so great. All 3 of my children love going to Dr Rob's offices because everyone is so sweet to them and its clear that they understand kids. They always have a good time when they go. How many dentist's office can you say that about??

My 5 year old had an appointment today and we saw Dr Bell it was a wonderful experience. He was so nice and caring. He listened and made my child feel so comfortable. My Son has never been a fan of going to the dentist he was completely at ease at this appointment. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Oliver's practice since she was two years old. Thanks to their gentle approach, she has no fear of dentists. She's now 19 and recently saw Dr. Bell, who made her feel as comfortable as always, talking about music and still offering a "Horton Hears a Who" video for distraction. Over the years, I've appreciated the friendly, efficient team at both the Sebastopol and Windsor offices. Treatment plans are always explained in advance and wait times are minimal.

I really love all the people who work here. They are so kind, gentle, and compassionate towards children. Unfortunately for me, we don’t have decent dental insurance (the privatized healthcare system in US is a sham), and we have to pay out of pocket, but it’s worth it to spend that money here. There’s really no other place that compares. My son had to have some fairly extensive dental work done, and they took such good care of him (and me) throughout the process. You can tell they really care about the kids.

My 13 year old says: “They are nice, inviting, and no one is impolite.” :) He and my 18yo have been seeing Dr. Oliver and Dr. Shailee since their first dentist visits as toddlers. Everyone at their offices are kind and caring and make each experience a positive one. And my kids’ teeth and smiles are healthy and bright!

My husband took our son to his first dentist appointment and they both came back super happy. He told me that the service was absolutely amazing and that the staff was super friendly and welcoming. My son came back home saying he loved going to the dentist and can’t wait to go back. My son also loved that they where playing zootopia while they cleaned his teeth! Definitely recommend coming here!

Dr Oliver & Dr. Shailee are amazing! Our Kids started when they were 1 years old- now graduating teenagers! Their professionalism and caring attitude is unmatched- they are the best! The office staff is always so helpful, friendly and supportive. Would recommend everyone to bring their children here!

I took 3 of my kids in at the same time for each to be seen. The entire staff was very friendly and kind. They explained everything before they did it. The dentist and his assistants were all informative. My youngest went in absolutely terrified but walked out smiling and no longer affairs. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with children.
