D's Diner

Musa is the consummate host. He makes your visit to D’s like coming to supper at your favorite uncle’s. He is a kind and generous man.
I ordered a custom omelette with his special Caliente sauce, a concoction that is bright, creamy, and especially picante.
The coffee is as good as any barista’s. It isn’t the average American style. He gets the beans locally and makes each self-serve carafe with care and love. Enjoy liberally!
The vibe is terrific - it is a perfectly maintained 50s diner, with 3-1/2 inside booths, bar seating along the windows, and plenty of covered outdoor picnic tables. I’m sitting in one of the full booths.
I’m here for breakfast, and there are people coming in for pickup orders, some ordering milkshakes, everyone seems genuinely pleased to stop in.
The menu rocks - much/most is American style, and there’s a great middle eastern selection as well.
He sampled me some of his fresh-made hummus - goes great on my breakfast potatoes!

We hesitated to stop in at first. When you drive up D’s Diner looks quiet, but we are glad we stayed! Both my husband and I had burgers. They were juicy and delicious! The staff was so friendly and attentive. They made sure everything was good for all customers in the diner. Highly recommend if you want a good classic burger in a quiet diner!

I usually come and get breakfast, during lunch!
The Pancakes are so yummy and fluffy. The eggs and toast are on point!
When I get lunch, I go for the Garden Veggie burger. Fresh produce, great fluffy bun, perfectly cooked patty. Very good portion.

Another GREAT part of this place is that it’s family run and the Family is Sooo nice and accommodating!
They welcome me and my dog with big smiles and remember my order!

I just want to say that this place is amazing! Musa was very friendly and amazing to talk with! He made my wife and I feel like we were part of his community. The food is excellent! I had the D's original burger and an order of onion rings. My wife got the BLT. Everything was delicious but the onion rings, they were hands down the best I have ever had. Not greasy like most places. The prices are great and you won't leave hungry. Stop in when in the area becauseyou will be truly missing out on a gem of a place. Thanks Musa!!!! This is not an ordinary burger stand, far from it. The menu is huge with so many things on it, burgers to falafels and many items in between. This is an epic place. The food and service is excellent and we really enjoyed the place. Cute booths to sit at.

I couldn't believe how good the food was here. I have passed by this diner probably over 20 years and assumed it was a grease-pit. On a whim, I decided to give it a try as there aren't a lot of places open during Covid. Especially a place to sit down outside which I wanted to do. I ordered the Falafel Sandwich, and was shocked how delicious it was. Better than some middle eastern restaurants I have eaten at. And only $7! There's a bunch of stuff for vegetarians which was surprising (I figured most the stuff would be burgers and meat). There's omelettes, burritos, avocado sandwiches and a bunch of other stuff without meat. The outdoor seating is nice if you want to eat there. Parking is a little limited. Oh, and the staff of girls are super sweet! Other than that, I will be coming back here often. Thank you!

We stop here regularly on the way back from the coast and the food is always good. Burgers and fries perfectly cooked and the service is friendly and prompt. Never had a bad experience here!

AMAZING burger in Sebastopol! Honestly I didn't expect it. I was super hungry and in the area so I fully went for it with a Onion ring burger with bacon and BBQ sauce and enjoyed every bite!

I was pretty stuffed afterwards too.

The diner has an old-fashioned feel to it and I would love to bring my car club there too but it is a smaller spot with a smaller parking lot. I imagine it gets packed during the normal service hours.

I spent $20 for lunch but it's worth it.

So recently I have moved to Sebastopol and have been looking for new burger restaurants. I tried sequia burger and thought I found my new favorite with the biggest small order of fries I've seen in my life. The tonight I take my son to d's diner. We got there bout time for the place to close and the staff were so welcoming. And the best grass fed beef I've ever had.

Food was very good, had the classic burger combo with fries & drink. Plenty of food. So many choices from bbq to regular diner food, breakfast & middle eastern.

The milkshakes flow like wine. Best damn breakfast burrito you can get anywhere anytime. When I think of them fried egg sandwiches my mouth starts waterin' hard. Sweet potato fries and onion rings taste just right cause they don't fry in lard. Fancy ketchup, bendy straws. This ain't your average ma and pa. Grab a booth or sit outside. Have a dose of rainbow pride. Order at the window sill and watch 'em fry up there on the grill. Bring your daughters, bring your sons. They serve their franks on gourmet buns. Tell your friends to come and see cause no one serves it up quite like D.

Fantastic food. Met the owner Musa Awad, very interesting guy. I had Breakfast with eggs, turkey sausage, homemade sauce, it was so good. And the coffee was excellent! Met his son, too.

This is an old time historic beautiful restaurant, good location just outside downtown Sebastopol. I will be back.

Dog friendly place, that serves wine and beer along with kebab or burgers for lunch or dinner. Also has great omelets for breakfast. Wide menu of food. Service is great.

My wife, daughter and I stopped in while passing through. The food was really good, but the hospitality was even better! The owner even gave us a special treat. The atmosphere was the friendliest we encountered while in California. Definitely recommend. (Thank you for the great experience! Hope you make it to Glacier!!)

Burgers are very good. I upgraded with Harrison Ranch Beef, and a perfectly fried egg. (I selected American Cheese, of course). I really enjoy the people who run this gem.

I waited outside at the picnic bench in a parking lot, which normally wouldn't seem pleasant, but it felt like an alcove. It was just breezy enough with great sun/shade ratio. I didn't have one to wait until my bf came out and proceeded to detail his uplifting conversation with a couple headed out. He was barely finishing his tale about the lady tasting her shake and loving it, as the diner employee appeared with 2 shakes in her hand. She didn't use an intercom, or yell and leave them sitting until we picked them up. She walked across the parking lot to deliver the shakes and let us know our lunch would be ready soon. True to her word, barely settled after tasting the delicious shakes, she appeared again with our food, offering up any additions, wishing us a great day, thanking us for our business. The parking lot was packed, full, but we were tucked and unaffected. Lunch was delicious, bacon cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, vanilla & chocolate shakes and ranch and blue cheese dipping cups. I didn't ask how much it was, so I don't know about cost.. Great service, great food!
