I recently visited Baby Central, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and excellent customer service.

They have a fantastic selection of baby products, from clothing to nursery essentials. The quality of their items is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. I also appreciated the knowledgeable staff who were eager to help and offered great advice on what products would be best for my baby.

I highly recommend this store to any parent or parent-to-be. You’ll find everything you need and more, with service that goes above and beyond!

They were so helpful and so quick I came in to get a car seat for my daughter i had never shopped there before I used to buy everything I needed from oh baby on Coney Island. But I'll now be returning to baby central I wish I caught the name of the gentleman that helped guide me in picking a car seat he was super helpful and super informative I really appreciated his help and customer service. No attitude just sweet and helpful. I will definitely return and be buying more once my next baby is born bh'.

Store is perfectly organized. As a first time parent to be, I was overwhelmed with all of the different brands that are out there. Sadi is super helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me and he explained all of the differences in brands to me and made me feel confident in my purchases.

Delivery was quick and easy. I had delivery persons assemble the furniture which was super convenient.

Highly recommend at least stopping in. If you are going to make a purchase, you should definitely use Baby Central.

We are definitely coming back here! They were so flexible with an order we had put money down for but didn’t end up taking, they put it toward an order of something we DID need and didn’t try to sell us anything, helped us find what we needed, very impressed with customer service, the store was a DREAM!

I had a really great experience shopping here! Shawn helped me pick a wonderful nursery set for my baby and a glider and then I subsequently went back to purchase my stroller and car seat set. Unfortunately because of Covid all items are delayed/backordered/have some kind of manufacturing or supply chain issue. Baby Central has been willing to work with me on delivery to make sure I get everything as quickly as possible and I really appreciate the customer service I’ve had with them!! Delivery on my crib and dresser was wonderful. Quick and on time!

The cashier was so helpful in helping me choosing an outfit for the babies. It was a very nice experience. Would recommend. Price is a little expensive. If you’re on a budget best not to come here but if you want quality clothing that looks good for a special occasion than I’d definitely say give it a try!

I was recommended this place by a friend and we decided to drive from queens to check it out. We purchased stroller, baby crib, car seat and couple small additions. I'm very pleased with our purchases. Beautiful place for baby purchases. The owners have exceptional customer service and recommend you exactly what you need, if you are a first time parent and feel lost in a huge selection of products. Prices are also great, definitely less then online and they are open to give discounts on large purchases. I would highly recommend this place for all types of purchases, from baby strollers and furniture to small toys.

Great customer service and a very large selection! The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. They offer to clear wrap any item with ribbon for a gift which is great!

They are the best Baby Store around!!! They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I love how the sale people answer my questions and are quick to get anything they don’t have in stock. I would give this store a perfect 10!
