I visited Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress with some very specific qualities due to a medical condition. Chandler was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. He was able to explain the different mattress qualities and materials and help us make the right choice. Overall, I was quite pleasantly surprised at the ease of our shopping experience.

I came into the store today to purchase a mattress for my teenage daughter. Chandler was delightful to work with: extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store had a good selection of beds. Chandler was super knowledgeable, patient, and honest! He walked us through different options, sleep styles and how particular mattresses were constructed. A great experience overall.

Chandler was great! Right when we walked in he greeted us and began answering questions. Right away he was able to know what type of mattress and what firmness we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and they had a good selection. We found a mattress that we are very excited for!

Highly recommend! Upon entering Matress Firm in Morgan Hill we were greeted by Ryan and within 5 minutes he had done an assessment on what we did and did not like in a matress! We narrowed it down to two mattresses and he was so patient with us and explained the pros and cons of everything we looked at! He was attentive not pushy and very personable! I had a great experience from the moment I came through the door all the way to exiting the building. My sleep expert Michael was very thorough(obviously passionate about what he does and very well trained with all the products they sell). I truly enjoyed spending my time there and felt no pressure when trying to figure out what I really want. Michael was a great guy to work with, I would definitely buy another mattress at mattress firm especially if all of the sleep experts provide that same level of expertise and dedication to their field of work. 5 star rating no question.

Excellent service. I was willing to drop huge dollars on a mattress that I thought was for me. The expert sales woman actually sold me a cheaper mattress. She said was better suited for my sleep style and my back pain. The first night I slept through the night for the first time in many years. Very happy with the mattress. That is excellent service with no push for an upsell even when I was thought I needed the more expensive mattress. I will be going back to buy four more mattresses for my kids. Extremely happy with service.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left was awesome. Joann made sure we found the correct bed that not only fit my husband's size(he's tall) and the comfort we wanted. She broke it all down every inch from bedding to frame and then some. One of the best customer service I've had in such a long time. Will definitely go back again.
