Service is excellent - all the staff in the store are very helpful, and they do their very best to get the furnitures into our home immediately - I love this service and, thus, I have bought most of my furnitures from their store and will continue to do that - thank you very much for your great service.

Furniture was delivered today very happy, great the delivery helpers very nice. Thank you for helping me fine furniture for my new apartment home.

The 70% off never really goes away. Semi decent selection, they do deliver if your purchase is higher than a couple chairs.

Be careful.
They have an all sales final policy (even if you don't take possession). As soon as you pay they will try to tell you they cannot refund.

They do not use a delivery service. They will try to deliver it themselves. Two small ladies and a man.

You've been warned, purchase at your own risk.

Unfortunately very unpleasant experience with this place. Furniture was delivered 10 months late, a lot of scratches, and worst of all a different color from what we were shown in the catalogue. When we rejected and canceled the purchase after patiently waiting for it for 10 months, they charged us 30% restocking fee.

Everything is regular price…nothing is marked down as advertised. They even have a “Store Closing” sign up, but nothing has been marked to indicate that. Everything has regular prices marked.

Poor experience.
