If I could give more than 5 stars for this store, its amazing employees and the over the top service I received today, I would! 11/10 ! I needed to make a return or exchange and I had the best support to get set up. I was helped with finding any sizes for the shoes I was returning and she searched for a possibility of any others similar in the back stock room. We had a good laugh looking for shoes and chatting. Absolutely lovely, I will be back to look for shoes again come the season change because the atmosphere & costumer service was outstanding. (I didn't catch her name but on my receipt says Kelly, so shout out to her! She's awesome!)

All the associates here under the leadership of the manager Kelly consistently provide exemplary customer service. I want to especially thank David for making the exchange process for 6 pair of shoes so swift and effortless. David was friendly, polite and very professional. My wife and two of her friends shopped here during the recent Labor Day sale. They all said how appreciative they were not only for the terrific bargains, but also the great customer service they received from Tatiyan, David, and Heather, all led by their manager Kelly. Thank you for making this trip so effortless and memorable.
