AT&T Store

I came right after closing for an online order pick up. I thought I was arriving an hour before but I got my hours wrong. The gentleman opened the gate back up to me and I was able to pick up my order. He did to gave to but he chose to, which I truly appreciate. I had my Pomeranian Penelope with me who was also glad he chose to help us. I want to say his name was Jorge but I am not 100%. This was a week before Christmas. Thank you so much.

Iysis (Izzy) was arguably the most empathetic and helpful sales associate we’ve ever dealt with. We were sold a defected phone at the Redwood City AT&T location and they would not take it back within the 14 day return period. In fact, they sent us to Apple, Apple said it was defected, we went back to Redwood City AT&T and Manuel said “there is nothing I can do for you”. The only great thing they did for us was sent us to San Mateos AT&T.

Iysis and Miguel (store manager) took care of our exchange without a single issue. We cannot thank her enough. Superb customer service that restored our trust back into this company.

I was helped immediately by a nice staff member, and then Chris was able to facilitate reconnecting my new phone to my existing plan. It was extremely quick and I’m super pleased with the customer service there. Thank you Chris!!!!!

Hire more staff. Current staffs are over stretched. Adding a self check-in station might be helpful. Appreciative of the staffs to always be supportive with a smile and be as attentive as they can. Thank you to the lady manger, Alex, Virgil, and Jen last few days.

I am very happy here. Customer service is fantastic and they are always ready to help. I remember that this store manager was glad to help me to solve my problems which was left by another att store. Especially, Sanjana, she is very nice, professional and helpful. She remembers my names at the first time when I was there.

Just upgraded my IPhone at the ATT store on Hillsdale. Katie was awesome! Took care of transferring all my old data, apps, etc and connecting to my watch as well. Highly recommend her!

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Courtney and Chris for being two of the most patient, informative, and transparent employees I’ve ever experienced at AT&T! Both did their due diligence in ensuring that the family had the best deals, and gave us a lot of tips on who to call if we needed to talk to customer service over the phone. They were both very pleasant to talk to and made a potentially frustrating experience very pleasant. Would highly recommend Courtney and Chris to resolve your inquiries!

Maria was great. She not only helped me find a solution to my problems. She was thinking for me on how to save some money on the bills. I have had great experience at the Hillsdale store. Every AT&T employee I interacted with at this store had been great. Kudos to your hiring/training process. And of course kudos to the manager of this store.

Fantastic store! Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Honestly, it was unexpected and refreshing since these types of stores can be frustrating.

This is the first time that I come to ATT where I came out very satisfied in very long time. New Management Miguel the manager was great!

Very friendly staff. They let me know there is a wait time once I walked in, but they let me know they have the phone in stock. The manager Felix, checked with me periodically and gave me updates as I was waiting. If you don't have time to wait, I'd recommend setting up an appointment ahead of time. We were helped very quickly upon entering. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us in every way and then held the door open for us when we left. He’s a great face for AT&T.

I visited AT&T store to activate eSIM and port my existing number which failed earlier when doing at home. I was welcomed with a smile and the rep provided instructions and plan clearly and helped me to get onboarded.

We went to this AT&T store to get our phone upgrades after a previous bad experience in getting our phone lines transferred correctly at Best Buy during our last phone upgrades. Alex A was very knowledgeable about AT&T’s offerings and helped us pick a new better plan that would qualify for the phone upgrades. He was extremely helpful and pleasant the whole time despite being close to closing time after a long day. Highly recommend this store!

I am writing this comment to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received at your store. I recently visited your store to resolve an issue I was having with my ATT account. I was helped by the store manager Miguel. The level of professionalism and dedication that I experienced during my visit was truly remarkable.

Last year I purchased a phone using AT&T online promotion with trade in plan. Later AT&T had issue with activating my phone so the promotion cannot be applied to my purchase. I made many calls to AT&T mobile service hotline and they wasn't able to solve my issue. I came into your store just to give a try. Miguel listened my story and studied my case thoroughly. He suggested the issue could be related to my google device setting. He finally found the setting and signed out this device from my account successfully. He then helped to submit another ticket for ATT to revisit my case. I have not seen the final decision of the request yet but I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise that Miguel demonstrated, and his willingness to listen and address my concerns.

Thank you again for the outstanding service that Miguel provided. I appreciate his efforts and professionalism. It was a pleasure doing business with your store, and I will certainly recommend your store to others.

This store location was great from the moment I walked in! I felt very welcome, and the staff was extremely friendly and acknowledged my concerns in a timely manner. 5 stars! Thank you AT&T!

The maneger at the store was exceptional. Alejandra was so helpful with my phone issue and went above her job description to help me. My issue wasn't resolved since it was my fault, but she let me know exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem.
