Blaze Pizza

We needed to a lunch break and a rest stop. SLO seemed like a good place to stretch out legs. My road trip companion suggested this so we pre-ordered our pizza on the road. We each got a personal pizza which we both finished quite easily. This is located in an outdoor mall. It has nice seating outside including a fire pit. The pizza was delish. I’m from the East Coast and like my New Haven style apizza. Thin crust and crust that is well cooked. Going to try the other location closer to me!

Parking can be hard in this lot, and normally there are understandable lines. Which backs everything up. Oh well. Don't recommend for a quick lunch break. But it is damn tasty and worth the wait!
Anyway, I've never been here ... alone... before. Today there are two diligent workers, and just me. Woah! And the pizza was quick.

To talk about the pies! *drool* worthy. Rather inexpensive for custom pizza. I bounce between the Art Lover, BBQ Chicken, Green Stripe, Take Two, and Veg Out. I had a Veg Out with spicy red sauce today.

Got the pizza in record time... (yes, completely customizable from crust to toppings and in between, I went basic today) and the after toppings are quite nice (my favorite is always Pesto Drizzle and Arugula) when I opened the box, because I'm trying to save some for my work lunch break... hahahahaha... right. Anyway, the mozzarella melted so fantastically, I don't get these pull shots organically... so, here, you gotta see this deliciousness!

Another great Blaze Pizza! The quality and consistency at Blaze Pizzas amazes me. The employees are also great. Always a great experience!

This is one of the best run Blaze Pizza's. The staff is freindly, the owners are involved and care, and the Pi Day $3.14 pizza bonanaza went off without a hitch. It was well staffed, delicious, and ran seamlessly. Would recommend this place for a delicious creation of your own anytime. And don't miss out of the Blood Orange Lemonade, its SO good!

Over the years since my first visit to this Blaze, I learned how to actually order a great Pizza when a Blaze is not Blazingly busy.

If not too busy, then one can carefully select the toppings and really do to town with what one wants. The secret to not burning the Pizza is to ask them nicely to put the metal grill underneath the Pizza, which is normally only used for the special dough Pizza's. Again, if they are not too busy, and are skilled, it will not come out burnt.

While it is not a NYC style Pizza, since it is so thin, it still can be a very tasty meal.

I am sort of a fan and even have their app on my phone....but I prefer the quieter AG location.

I came here for lunch with my parents and ordered a build your own with all the toppings I enjoy. This is something I like about Blaze is they are happy to continue put toppings until I am satisfied. My parents also enjoyed making their own creations. This is my first time going in SLO can't wait to continue go when I am in the area.

The pizza and toppings were so amazing. The service here is very friendly and they really pay attention to your needs. I dont regret coming here at all. I'm a type of person that's very picky at "make your own pizza" places because they're usually very greasy and oily but this place was just right. ALSO, the cheese ACTUALLY stretched out!! I was very surprised. The crust of the pizza was one of the most amazing things as well and it was just overall very well seasoned. Also, they have 4 very unique fruit drinks you can refill yourself aside from soft drinks, such as the bloodorange punch (my favorite). I truly enjoyed this place and would definitely come again.

You guys are so great for being the only good pizza place that's open late, I came in at 11:50 and they still made my pizza even though everything else was closed. True heros!

Ordered take out using Google checkout. The pizza was ready on time and was exactly how we customized it. Tried the cauliflower crust (I was skeptical at first) and it turned out amazing! Cost for any toppings is the same. Great quality. Highly recommended!

This is hands down the best tasting and most customizable pizza I have ever had. Fast and friendly service even when the restaurant is packed.

I went in around lunch time:I only had 30 minutes and I was amazed with a few things: first of all, I only paid $5 for a special! Their dressing was amazing definitely recommended it. Their cookies are my favorite and best of all I appreciated how fast and speedy the service was. The person in charge his name is Victor was friendly and provided great customer service and a gal named America was courteous and assisting. The staff definitely makes sure to have a good service presentation. Thanks for your hard work!

Pizza is on point, delicious. Depending on what time you go in to order it can go slow or quick. Either way, awesome pizza. My go to spot for the last few years! Matti and his crew are champs, much appreciated 😊- keep on blazin.
