TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brentwood

I highly recommend TownPlace Suites! The location was perfect since it’s in the parking lot of the outlets. I also loved that it was so quiet in the area and the room with complete silence the whole time! My room was so clean and nice looking very modern. The kitchenette was so convenient since I stayed for a week. I also experienced excellent customer service! The breakfast was awesome unlike most places I've stayed, they had a convenient option of boiled eggs, prepacked to grab and go. The workout room was small but had everything I needed to get a workout in every day I was there. They have water available and towels in the room. It's an awesome option in the area, and there is a lot of value for what you pay!

I highly recommend TownPlace Suites. The rooms have a new feel, they're very clean and modern. The kitchenette is convenient, and rooms contain big flat screen tvs with cable. I also experienced excellent customer service. We love that they have so many things available from appliances you can borrow to games that will make your stay enjoyable. The location is great. It's near the highway as well as close to lots of shopping and dining choices.

I didn't wake up in time for breakfast during my 4 night stay, I wish it was available until 10am instead of 9am. Another thing I wish was different is the key card process for entering the rooms and building. I found myself having to tap multiple times and play with it to get in every single time. That could be much better, I'm not sure what the problem was. Otherwise, everything was great. It's an excellent option in the area, and there is a lot of value for what you pay.

Great hotel conveniently located near a lot of food and general shopping. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. Had a great breakfast as well

Very nice facility. I am not sure how old this place is, but everything seemed new and fresh.

All three people we talked to at the front desk were very friendly. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was hot and fresh.

We passed the entrance the first time. It's hidden and I don't think the street name is the same as the Google address. However, the grounds were well kept, the parking lot was clean, and the entry way was easy to find. The front desk associates were awesome! The housekeeping staff were awesome! Every worker was attentive and assisted our large group with hosting a small pizza party for the kiddos in the lobby. The rooms were clean, spacious, and easy to find. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everyone was so nice! The hotel was very clean for as busy as it was. A huge shoutout to Sasha that attended the breakfast area. Extremely nice woman.

Great Marriott hotel near Side Project brewing. 2nd time staying here. Was minor problem with our first room that staff was super quick to fix. Will stay again when in town.

From the time we got there, we were welcomed with a smile I forgot the ladies name that was there the first day when we checked in, but she was very very pleasant but also that night, and the next day we had a guy name, Marco he was amazing from the job. Make sure we were taken care of. We had coffee we got in late they made us coffee from the lady taking care of the breakfast. She was very very very pleasant. She made sure we were taking care of that. We need anything else also, the manager we had the pleasure of meeting the assistant general manager, Julie. She came out to our table and checked on us as well I’ve never been to a hotel where they come out to your table at breakfast just a greet you and to see how your day is going when I’m back in the area I will most definitely be staying here. I recommend everyone to go and stay at the TownePlace inn suites.

Look no further! This place was absolutely amazing for our family trip. I'm a massive researcher and literally looked up every single Hotel in St Louis before making a decision.
We stayed here during Spring Break - so about a month ago.
I chose this location based on the following;
Parking - there is easy parking on-site and free.
Breakfast - free breakfast available every morning and we absolutely loved the breakfast options. Our family of 4, Even with special food needs such as dairy free and gluten free, were able to make a great and full meal every morning.
Kitchens - I didn't know if we would use the kitchen but I loved knowing it was available. We mainly utilized the coffee cups and full refrigerator, but I did cook a full meal once during our 4 day stay.
W/D available - I didn't know if we needed a washer and dryer available, but it made me comfortable knowing they were available and on-site if needed. We did end up doing two loads of laundry during our stay.
Indoor pool - this was a request by my kids and we enjoyed the pool every night. Sometimes a few other people were in there but it was never too crowded.
Gym - the gym was available 24 hours and my husband and I would alternate going, either while the kids were sleeping or during other downtime. We were impressed with the options available in the gym.
Staff & Rooms - my husband wanted to be on the highest floor and was optimistic for a great view. They did have the option while I was booking online, to request an upper floor. We ended up getting the 6th floor out of 7. And his view was the back of home depot lol. But we were still happy and our room was perfect. We booked the double queen bed room and had a cute reading nook in the corner that we all loved. And the staff was all very friendly and helpful!
We truly had an amazing stay and so glad we chose this hotel. 10/10!

I've stayed in Marriotts/ TownePlace Suites all over the country and this one was probably the BEST one I've ever stayed at. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept, the rooms were spacious, and the amenities were great! Most importantly though, the staff was the best I've ever had. Everyone greeted me with a smile, offered help at all times, gave suggestions to restaurants in the area, and was willing to do about anything. I will definitely be staying at this Marriott again. THANK Y'ALL for a GREAT stay.

Great place for a longer stay. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher and supplies. Near plenty of shops. Comfy bed and well laid out room. Quiet! No noise issues. Great fitness center with ALL the equipment needed for a complete workout. Typical hotel breakfast… they did offer veggie sausages and real oatmeal. We’d stay again.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. I am an MCM nut, and was delighted to discover MCM decor throughout every part of the hotel. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, and made a good start to our day. Staff was amazing, it was quiet, just a nice oasis to come back to in the evening after spending the days doing all the fun St. Louis things. Close to everything, great location. We will definitely stay here on our frequent trips to St. Louis. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Live local and stayed for 2 nights with my small dog. Felt welcome the moment I walked in. Very friendly staff that made sure to say hi and give treats to my pup. Clean and quiet building. Slept well. Great having the small kitchen area. Recommend!

If you’re looking for a hotel in the STL area this is it! One of the cleanest hotels i’ve ever stayed at even with them allowing pets. Loved how quiet it was at night. A special shout out to ALL the staff! They were all so kind and helpful.

I have to say, as a hotel manager, I'm jealous! I wish my hotel was as nice as this one. This is a great place to stay short or long term! Firstly, the staff are really kind. Amy at the front desk was super helpful and answered all of my questions. The hotel itself was awesome! It's really modern and clean. I know it's a new build, but still. The elevator was insane. Super spacious, and it didn't even feel like you were moving. The room we stayed in was really nice too. Big bathroom with all of the ameneties (HUGE shower with good water pressure), comfortable bed, spacious kitchen with plates, cups, bowls, every utensil you could possibly need, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, everything. Our room was spotless. The breakfast was really good too! A lot of options. I would totally recommend staying here.

I just discovered a really good hotel to stay while in STL area. The location was great! Room was clean and quiet. Staffs were friendly and super nice and helpful. Complimentary 4 Clipper Creek EV chargers were the best. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the desk staff. Overall this is a fairly new hotel and everything was in good shape. The pool was nice to have if a little small, and the logistics and staff were a little overwhelmed with the breakfast rush. Location was good, though during busy times it would be difficult/impossible to turn left out of the parking lot.
The staff was able to bring up some more firm pillows after the first night.
I also appreciated the EV charging spots.

This hotel is lovely. Great location close to shopping and restaurants, and just a short drive to Downtown St. Louis without having to pay down town rates! The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. The kitchen area was well equip for cooking. And the bed was comfortable.

My stay here was amazing. Called couple weeks ahead and Alex helped plan and get every situated for me very easily. The rooms were clean and neat. Friendly staff at the front desk and around the hotel. Great place to stay close to shopping the zoo,aquarium and downtown dinning. Highly recommend to stay here!

Wow! Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in within the USA. As we walked in we were greeted with smiles and welcomes. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was by far the best I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like I was staying in a luxury apartment. Only thing bad was the amenities I had I was not able to use as we were only there for a day. The on-site laundry was great. Just make sure you ask the front desk for soap. The breakfast was lovely. Waffles, coffee, juice, oatmeal, muffins. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone in the area.
