Fast, friendly,, and professional customer service. Clean and well stocked store. The young lady at the cash register at 4:00 PM on 01 SEP 2023 provided exceptional customer service with a smile.

Need to stay at hotel room. Earn money for three nights, at least.. I do want to zzzzz, cash in, and RnR. Co ffee sounds delicious, where's my sis? Big or fun sized?

Got the goods I needed without getting the goods I didn’t need. Knowhatimsayin?

I was shorted on my change. I was to receive $0.91 back and noticed after I left that I was only given $0.85.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

If I can give this place a zero I would.
Don’t get gas here unless you use cash.
The card machine at the islands don’t work.
It’ll tell you to go inside.
And when your done getting gas, the island doesn’t give you a receipt.
And when you go back inside, the cashier will give you an attitude when you ask for your gas receipt.
And when they do give it to you, its for the right pump, but wrong time.

And when you check your bank account a few days later.

THEY’LL CHARGE YOU THE AMOUNT YOU PAY AND NOT THE AMOUNT YOU GOT. I put $60, and only got $41 of gas and my bank account was still charged $60.

BE WARN. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF YOU SHOP HERE.

The employees here are not the least bit friendly. They don't even greet or talk to you at the counter. After they are done scanning your items you have to wait while they punch in their own 7-11 rewards number so they can earn your points for themselves. They don't ask if you have your own number nor do they care. If I was 7-11 I would check into this location's practices

Worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to. I don’t give reviews often but this place definitely deserves every 1 star rating they have. Multiple Pumps don’t work, Night shift guy is EXTREMELY rude, dayshift is full of incompetent staff. Save yourself the trouble and just go across the street to the Arco. Much friendlier there and no pump troubles.

Actually, I am from this area close to 7-Eleven and always when I enter on daytime, then it will be American employers, and they were always letting me to enter the restroom and when I entered today night, it will be Indian guys but they didn’t let me to go to restroom is the question is there is no restroom or not working what they are doing they need the restroom is this fair?

Need coffee at 2am go to 7-Eleven but wait their closed?? Sign clearly says open 24 hours "for your essential needs" as the sign states but apparently they don't care about my essential needs! This is the first 7-Eleven I've ever seen closed!

So I've heard that this place steals your credit card info. I see some sketchy guy with a computer next to the gas pumps. I let the cashier know. He just ignores me and says he only works to put the numbers on the computer and charge for stuff nothing more. I always go to this place and the male foreign cashier always harrasing the women. He is always on the phone 24/7 with his sister saying how he can't wait to get home and be in bed with her. Guy is weird and rude and probably won't do anything to him cuz he must be the managers cousin/lover.

Definitely sum crooked stuff going on at this place employee refuses to let you use ur 7-11 rewards points at this location.

I can’t believe they would sell old coffee to their customers especially being by a place that gets a lot of highway and working people in the area!! This is terrible don’t waste your time going here!

The guy behind the counter obviously doesn’t want to work there and is rude to customers. Outside is worse the parking lot is full of broke down rvs and cars with people living in them and are high af walking around talking to themselves and screaming at god knows who. Overall it has a dirty feel to it

Absolutely so rude and unhelpful! I came tonight to put gas and I informed him that I wanted to use my Safeway Loyalty phone number and he acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried explaining it but he became impatient and refused to understand what I was saying. Then he yelled at me and said, i don’t know anything about a Safeway card! Mind you, there are flyers with the Chevron/Safeway Program right at his register. I informed him that I wanted to use my 20 cents off and he refused to help me. As he was putting my prepaid amount of $20 on his screen, it specifically asked him Yes or No to adding my loyalty number and he pressed No! Then he said he didn’t know what I was talking about when I pointed it out to him. The outcome was, I was on fumes, 20 miles from home, and had to leave without using my loyalty membership and felt absolutely so disrespected!
