Metro by T-Mobile

Today a very helpful assoicate, Olivia B, in the Stockton Metro store was absolutely invaluable in helping me transfer and access all kinds of information on my new phone. She is the assistant manager and has been working in the phone industry for 4 years. Metro is so fortunate to have a highly experienced very capable knowledge and people friendly person as her. Kudos to Metro!

I got this new phone today because my old phone broke was trying to get as much memory transfer to my new phone as possible. The 2 workers Jason & Jasmine was very patient with me was there for a good 2 hours trying to see what my best options would be I appreciate them they if I could would give them 💯 🌟's I would EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This store is great. They always take care of me. Sometimes there’s a line because it’s because but they tell me they will assist me shortly.

I've been with Metro for over twenty years now! Been a good service for me. And I believe they're better now than they were. Good customer service and why for the five star. Just got a glitch in my phone today they said they're going to take care of my phone replace it. That's awesome! Highly recommend them.

This Metro PCS store is one of the better ones. The employees are very friendly and courteous and as well as very very knowledgeable about their products and they know what is wrong with your phone and how to fix it when you bring it in for problem.
But if they aren't able to fix it they can send it in to be repaired but you would also have to pay a fee for that, especially if you don't have insurance for the phone and I suggest getting insurance for your cell phone because that is the best decision and add-on that you can get for your phone as they can replace it with a new one of the same type and if they don't have the same phone they give you a new one just as good if not better.
You can pay your bill outside on an ATM like machine when they are closed at any time of the day or night.
The only downfall is they can be out of stock on a lot of the better phones. So unless you don't mind waiting, then you can wait until a new stock/shipment comes in with that phone or they can/will order you one.
That store is considered a MetroPCS corporate store so they are able to do much more than just pay your bill and set up a new line.
I like going to this MetroPCS store than any of the other ones. I only go to the other Metro Stores if there's a phone I really really want and it's not in stock at this one. So really, why go to other Metro PCS stores? Unless it's just to pay a bill and it's close to your house, then I can understand why.
Oh, and they do tend to get pretty busy at times which results in a wait time, but that should show that they are good and know what they are doing and worth the wait.

I did an LG update on my phone, and it completely wrecked it. I called customer service, but they were no help at all, so I was already mad when I went to this store. Maricela and Eric were awesome! Even though they weren't able to fix my phone, they replaced it with no complaints, and they were really nice.

Isaiah was super helpful. Saved us money on our bill and solved our internet problems and was hella friendly.
