We had a snot so good experience at the Tracy mall came here and they helped me plus he was like and they offer the 15% off we said nope so he really helped us plus they had the shoes I wanted from Tracy better customer service I’ll come back here next time m.

The employees were friendly, had Wonderful customer service, and the gentleman that assisted was very helpful, offered suggestions, and was attentive without being overbearing. Basically, the staff didn't forget that I was there and it was refreshing that they have customer service skills that a lot of companies and their employees lack.

Employees were friendly and welcoming !!
We were helped as soon as we walked in , we were offered new items in store . I recommend this store , it is clean and organized and have a variety of items .
