A little customer service goes a long way. This location has an abundance of excellent customer service. Diana and Laura are absolute professionals.

Location good. Breakfast good.

The property has some blemishes. Third party booking somehow put us in ADA room where the bathroom tub had paint peeling off in large patches and the entire bathroom flood flooded with a shower. Next room - the fan was making very loud, high pitched noise - while the fan was off.

The staff are absolutely wonderful!!

We were tired and hungry , and the front desk clerk " Carina " was so unserstanding and very professional in helping us getting to our room so quickly.
We will come back to stay again , because of our Great customer service and Great clean rooms

Great place to stay in Carsbad. Their family suite is perfect for the kids. Their breakfast was hot and delicious. Overall I was very happy. So were the kids.

Great place, nice and quiet, rooms are perfect. I stayed in a room that has bunk beds in one side of the room and the other has a queen bed. Perfect for my family

Great location near beach, shopping and Legoland. Lovely hotel with beautiful bird of paradise flowers all around. Ample parking. Nice pool with Southern exposure. Jacuzzi fun and not too hot and open till 10. Was never crowded when I was there. Great breakfast with waffles, cinnamon-raisin bagels, muffins, eggs, etc. There’s even shredded cheese to put on the eggs. Hot cocoa and herbal tea lacking from breakfast beverage selection.

From the moment we walked into the lobby to check in, the inviting/fresh/clean smell, was the first thing we noticed. The friendly staff were very accommodating and the room was top-notch. Each day we came back to a fresh clean and inviting room. To top it off, they served a very nice hot breakfast every morning if you wanted to stay and eat. We will certainly stay here again!!

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a nice accommodation.

Walking distance from the beach and shopping stores! Clean room easy check in process. Good breakfast.had eggs and sausage bagels coffee juice and more ! Hot tub was nice and clean too. Walked my god and the staff loved her even gave my lil puppy a dog biscuit (: all around happy with my stay I’d live here if I could! No joke (:

The employees are so nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The location is great!
Rooms could use a lil refresh.

A team staff! Very friendly, hard working and accommodating. The breakfast was great! Coffee all day and the staff were very kind and efficient, making my stay very comfortable, beyond any expectations. Felt more luxurious than it’s star rating.

The comfort and coziness of the room helped me rest and forget the worries of the world best sleep I have had in a long time. Would stay again just for the comfort and peacefulness.

Awesome suites with bunkers for kids. Very close to legoland. Breakfast is fair and edible

Stopped here for an overnight as we got in town late. Dog friendly and clean. Breakfast included. Same as all hotels.

Hotel staff was very friendly & professional. The property, outdoor fireplace & pool, buildings, landscaping, etc. we're all very aesthetic & well maintained.
The rooms were clean & comfortable, & the location was extremely convenient to a lot of attractions, shopping, & the beach!

I was about to be checked in quickly even though I was a third party customer. I used Priceline to book the room. The pool and spa were great and usable, they could use a refresh. The room was great and fit our needs. The Breakfast was amazing 👏🏽 😋. Our female overnight customer service representative was amazing as well. The beach was about two blocks away. A good walk, but not with little ones. There is an outdoor and indoor seating area. There is a fireplace and a small commissary with ice cream and sodas.

2 blocks to Ocean; spacious clean rooms. Great brekky buffet!

Exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and peace and quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, jacuzzi, and the oustanding breakfast! All employees were so kind and attentive.

Went for a family funeral service, but everything else was great! Room on 2nd floor had a view of the pacific ocean and the sunset! Staff cleaned the room and gave us plenty of towels every day we (3 nights) spent there. And they served breakfast early .

Our stay was nice did the job for our short stay and breakfast was good!🤩
