I had the most amazing experience with Iris Flower Shop! I initially ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my friend for April 13th as a surprise birthday bouquet from a different flower shop but hadn’t heard anything from that shop so I panicked and called several different flower shops in SD and Iris Flower Shop accommodated my last minute request! Within 1.5 hours of my call, a beautiful custom bouquet was made and delivered to my friend’s address! I highly recommend Iris Flower Shop and will be their client from now on :)

I was in the dog house, and needed an arrangement of flowers ASAP to help me try and get out! I called and consulted with Marseila, who directed me to their website where I was able to choose from many different bouquets and arrangements. I found the perfect mix of flowers, easily placed my order, and Marseila even contacted me to see if I wanted to add any personal touches (which I did by adding extra greenery and baby's breath). In less than 2 hours my order was delivered to my fiancée. The delivery person reported to Marseila how happy my lady was to receive the flowers, and she reached out to me to let me know that all went well with the delivery. You can't find better service than this! AND I'm out of the dog house 😁

My boyfriend first discovered this local flower shop we we moved to the area a year ago. I was so impressed with the quality of flowers and design of the first arrangement he bought me that this became our go-to florist! The flowers last for weeks and the florists are always so helpful. Anywhere else pales in comparison.

Now on occasion we will bring the beautiful vases from previous arrangements into the shop and they'll fill them with new flowers at a slightly discounted price. Thank you for the great work that you do; we will certainly be customers for as long as we are in San Diego!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I’m on the east coast and needed to order same day flower delivery for the west coast. I was worried…. Placed the order at 9 am pst and got a call a few hours later as they didn’t have the type of vase I requested. The lovely gal on the other end of the phone wanted to be sure I’d be happy and even sent me a photo of the replacement vase, at her suggestion, just to be sure I would like it. Well, it was prettier than the original! The arrangement, chocolates , balloon and card all arrived before 5 pm and in great shape! My mother in law was so happy!! Way to go Iris Flower Shop! Great style, price and awesome customer service!! We will order again with confidence!!

Scarlett designed beautiful silk flowers for my vacation wedding. I didn't have a creative gene, so I gave her my hobbies and told her to run with it. They're the most beautiful, realistic-looking silk flowers I've ever seen! She performed an excellent job, and I would highly recommend her flower store to anybody!

I walked into Iris's today looking for an arrangement for a Celebration for Life. Sima and Marsalia were great. Lots of help and so nice. Good prices. I highly recommend Lilas Flower Shop if u want personal attention.

Great experience! The birthday arrangement I ordered turned out beautiful. The staff communicated with me about the order beforehand, texted me pictures while putting the flowers together, and was professional throughout. I highly recommend and will for sure be using Iris Flower Shop again.

What an amazing experience!!! This is the most important set of flowers I could buy for a very important job promotion. I searched many places not wanting to do Amazon flowers or FTD. I called direct from out of state and the experience was exceptional! Same day service with communication that went above and beyond. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I friend of mine had flowers delivered to my home recently and to say I’ve had immense trouble receiving parcels at this specific apartment would be an understatement. Most of the time the delivery courier just leaves the package laying around and it ends up getting stolen or they return it back to sender. This was not the case with Iris’ Flower Shop delivery. The courier was having a difficult time locating my apartment as I expected, however, she texted me for help to find where to go and she even sent me pictures of where she was parked so I could direct her to the leasing office. She was very patient and kind. I appreciate what she did a lot. Additionally. The arrangement came out stunning. Better than I imagined!

Amazing customer service! Needed a custom bouquet in short timing (and I mean SHORT timing like an hour) and they were incredibly understanding and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this flower shop enough!

AMAZING SERVICE RECOVERY: My flower delivery was ruined by the hotel because the hotel employee took the flowers to "purchasing" which was hot as hell and killed the flowers. Marcella with IRIS FLOWERS went above and beyond to put a whole new bouquet of flowers together and deliver the NEW flowers a 2nd time.

Needed a corsage for prom and they had amazing costumer service and fast response for when I called. They had it ready early and it is amazing. Overall amazing and friendly costumer service, I highly recommend.
