Nice location, just off Commercial Avenue. Plenty of parking. The venue is nicely decorated, comfortable and relaxing to hang out in while waiting for your appointment. I made the appointment because of some back issues. Amanda listened to my concerns and went to work on my massage. Discovered a few other issues which she explained. She really knew her stuff. I will be returning to this place monthly.

My fiance and I tried out the Couples Sound Therapy with herbal compress, and it was absolutely incredible. The experience was unlike any spa experience I've ever had--following the session I was 10x more relaxed than any massage and I fell asleep twice during the session! There is some gentle touching/light massaging of the head and neck which was SO nice. Worth every penny it's been a couple weeks and just thinking about it still makes me relaxed. Thank you Sean!

I greatly enjoyed my visit. It was a clean professional environment. I felt welcome as soon as I stepped into the building. Melissa was professional and sweet. She was an excellent host and massage therapist. Booking an appointment would be a wise choice.

Deep tissue by Melissa, had her focus on upper neck and shoulders. excellent technique and welcoming reception to communication.

Best massage I've had. Sean was great! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He tailored the massage to what I told him was bothering me, and was especially cognizant of the aches associated with pregnancy. The first deep tissue massage I've had that actually targeted deep aches. Afterwards, he showed me some stretches that would specifically help my back pain when he noticed how tight that muscle was.

The spa's environment is perfect. Very relaxing and personal.

I left Balabced Life in such a great mood and so energized that my husband actually had to ask me to chill out a bit. Icing on the cake was the wonderfully relaxing lavender aromatherapy and the scalp massage at the end that got rid of my chronic second trimester headache.

Today was my first massage ever. I've definitely been missing out. I've always been an anxious person about trying new things, so my husband booked us a couples massage to help me out. He sees Sherean on a somewhat regular basis and knows how it all goes. Sean was my therapist today. Not only was the massage wonderful beyond words, but the whole experience from walking in the door to walking out was nothing short of amazing. I felt 100% comfortable the entire time and left feeling refreshed and extremely relaxed. We booked another appt before leaving and will definitely be making this a more regular thing. I was dealing with some intense neck pain and was able to get squeezed in for an appointment. Sean was amazing! My neck pain is almost 100% gone and I can finally function again. Absolutely wonderful service and ambiance. Sean is one of the best. I've gone three times for deep tissue and have been very impressed. He understands your muscles - where pressure goes and, just as importantly for deep tissue, where it doesn't go. Highly recommend!

I ruptured my ACL in March of 2018 and Sherean has brought me back to life. I had gone to a few people before her and NOT ONE person (before her) listened to me or understood where my body was giving me trouble. She is so knowledgeable about the body and understands exactly what you need when you explain the troubles you’re having. Sherean goes above and beyond to make sure the service you got is satisfying and cures the issues that you’re having.

I’ve never had a better massage, and I am beyond thankful to have found Sherean and Sean. They are the dynamic duo and I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to anyone else in Skagit or Whatcom county for massage/spa services. Plus, they offer hand made sugar and salt scrubs with locally sourced ingredients. You can’t find that anywhere else!! They are the best of the best!

Beautiful massage studio in Anacortes. A dry sauna is included at no charge with any treatment. I had a 90 minute massage with Sherean and it was fabulous! Can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend!
