The computer that I bought was amazing, it was everything that I asked for. Skytech was very helpful as some things were loose from being jostled around in the mail and they walked me through every step I needed to fix/adjust everything so that it worked. 10/10 experience, I was super thankful that everything worked out as at the time the PC I bought was the most expensive purchase I had ever made and the staff helped me quite a bit and put my mind at ease. My fiancé needs a new desktop a little bit of gaming and school work and when we can afford it I will definitely be coming back to get one for her. The prices are amazing considering the current economy and I highly recommend.

I want everyone to know! I just had the best experience with Jose through skytrck gaming. I know nothing about computers. Jose walked me through fixing my computer. If you call skytech support. I hope you get Jose he is the best.

Bought an AZURE2 and really enjoy it. I had a stick of RAM go bad (happens to the best of us) and their chat support got it diagnosed and dealt with. Nelson E was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He walked me through the process step by step and got it done! Skytech is sending me a replacement stick of RAM and covering all the shipping under the warranty. You can't get better customer service than that!

I bought a computer through Amazon from Skytech. At first the when it arrived it had a shattered glass front panel. The team at Skytech were helpful and immediately replaced it at no charge. Then I started having all these hardware issues one after the other. Daniel at Skytech was super helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issues I was having and even with a 3 hour time difference we were able to diagnose the problem and it’s getting corrected. Because of him I would recommend this brand to every person I know. Your customer service department is outstanding, polite and professional. 100% will continue to buy your products!!

Bought a new Nebula computer. Fans were running at full speed continuously. Daniel from tech support sent me a new controller and talked me through the installation.
Went smoothly. Very knowledgeable.

Ordered a Chronos Mini from Amazon over the holidays. Works great. Had an issue troubleshooting to activate Windows but a call to the tech team (specifically Daniel and Evelyn who were able to assist (Evelyn via email over Christmas, it was busy! Thankfully they have a call back system)). Other than that, running fine. My gaming examples my son plays Tear Down on Steam which is a graphics hog when you start adding in mods that blow everything up.. if it can handle that, it can handle most things!

Found this company browsing through the best buy site. Decided to order directly from skytech. Had an issue with the mobo, the customer service was amazing, which seems rare now a days. I’ll deff buy from these guys again.

My husband and I have bought 4 pcs in the past 2 years, 3 of them skytech pcs. By far Skytech has been top notch quality, great prices & their customer service rivals all their competitors. Jose & Kanoa have been amazingly helpful and patient with pc idiots. TY

I bought a refurbished Skytech PC off of eBay, within the first 3 days of use it crashed multiple times. I contacted Skytech support and we worked to discover the issue. It was determined the CPU was bad and that it needed replaced.. Skytech paid for shipping and replaced my PC, now it's having no problems and I couldn't be happier. Not only that, but they upgraded the motherboard and put sleeved cables in the new build. I highly recommend Skytech.

Purchased a Prism 2 a week ago and have been thrilled with the product.
I had some questions about the LEDs so I gave customer support a call and ended up spending half an hour on the phone with Daniel M. while he optimized/updated everything for me.
I did exhaustive research on pre build companies before my purchase and this experience has proven to me I chose the right one.

I purchased this Chronos Pc about a year ago had no issues. Started Streaming On KICK Tiktok and been using OSB with filter on. I've Played the new Ark game MW3, and other games with no issues am really happy with my Pc. This is a great start up Pc Highly Recommend and Skytech Gaming has a awesome customer Service. I will definitely get my second Pc from Skytech Gaming.

My second time purchasing one of Skytechs prebuilt systems. Loved my first one, and worked perfectly. I wanted an upgrade so i purchased their new Blaze 3.0 Arrived on time and in perfect working condition. I did alot of price matching with other prebuilt computer builders, and for the exact price skytech was a clear choice. Good price with great parts and professionally built.

Nothing beats the satisfaction of playing a game right away after a long download, without getting a message that your system does not meet minimum requirements. It's worth every penny!

Great customer service! Advance IT support. Answered all my questions and walked me through how to set up my computers RGB! Noticed a scratch on the back panel while unboxing and they were quick to order me a replacement panel and remote for the rgb. A+++

I cannot thank Skytech enough and their Rep Nelson. One of our PC fans went out and they are sending one out for replacement. Oh and the forgot to mention, we are out of the warranty period and they are still sending us one free of charge! What an awesome company and customer service team..

Nelson in Customer service was great. No pressure to buy and no upsell and made the experience great. I was on other SIs and I was pressured the get more stuff.....I was on a budget and it made me feel uncomfortable. Nelson was professional and got me the answers I needed. It was one of the best online buying experiences I have ever had. (lets hope the shipping goes well....I will send an update) This company needs to be grateful to have Nelson. Great Job! I had the most incredible customer support from Daniel morrisey. I purchased this prebuilt 4070 ti gaming pc about 7 months ago and I always noticed my fans were spinning at full speed and they were windy and loud!! I looked on YouTube to see a fix even looked on reddit everybody just kept referring to bios or they just said something is wrong with pc and some said some pcs come with fans that spin at full speed. I could not change my fan speed in bios because I didn't have a fan speed wire hooked up at the time. I called customer support before about 3 months ago and they tried to assist me but could not find a fix one even told me to get new fans and install and I almost did. So I called the 3rd person 3 months later which was in October 2023 this month and I spoke to daniel He found a fix and he even ordered me a rgb remote so i can control my fans and other things for free and sent it fast and it came 1 day later! He helped me set it up easily and even did tests on my pc to make sure everything was set and was running with no problems he helped me set everything up in about 40 mins!! He deserves a raise!!
