Mother's Day 2020 was looking to be a festival of sadness until Chino Lupitas Florist and Gifts came to my rescue.

After ProFlowers had not delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day, delaying until Saturday, then finally, at 6pm, saying they wouldn't be delivered until Monday, I had less than 24 hours to save this holiday and make sure my mom got something special.

Every other local Chino florist had no availability to deliver the following day, and understandably so, here I was calling the night before one of the busiest days in flower-land.

Enter Lupita's. I checked their website; they were okay with a next-day delivery. Even better, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for being so last minute. Very reasonable prices!

Their selection of arrangements was beautiful, and the actual flowers that arrived were even prettier than I could have imagined. And they were delivered on time!!!

With less than 24 hours notice, Mother's Day was SAVED. My mom was so happy when she got her flowers, especially since I can't be there in person, during these crazy times. The flowers were so beautiful it was like I sent her a virtual hug. Thank you, Chino Lupitas Florist and Gifts. You are truly special and deserve more than 5 stars!

The best way to describe Lupita’s Flowers shop is warm and friendly because of one lady name Leticia she went above and beyond my expectations on the arrangement I ordered, it was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen, colors, fragrance and beauty and the prices are great! Thank you Leticia!!! My daughter loved her Beautiful fresh gorgeous flowers her bear and balloons!!!

This is one of the few great loyal owned florist shops around with great service and flowers.
I've bought flowers for my wife and had them delivered to her work with no problems and on time and affordable. Some shops dont give good arrangements and promise to make them full and never delivers that - Lupitas does a great job on the arrangements.
I just picked up a flower arrangement for a friend that is not feeling well and it is very beautiful/Full and affordable!

My family lives nearby this florist.
Anytime I’ve ever needed any services from them, pre-ordered, last minute, walk in etc.. the lady there has been wonderful and accommodated all my requests! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Chino ... and the deliver !

Thanks for cancelling my daughter's birthday flower delivery AFTER the time/day flowers were to be delivered!!!!! She is not working at the location again until late next week well after her birthday. No time to have another vendor deliver. This is POOR customer service at its finest/worst. I tried giving $ to a local business. If you aren't delivering because of COVID-then let me know. Although no reason was given in your cancelation but just that it was cancelled. Thank you too 1800flowers for basically telling me this wasn't your issue. Another CX fail. No answer on their phone...totally ghosted me!

I can't even imagine giving this place one star. I live in Minnesota and ordered flowers for my sister's Bday (she lives in Ca). It is the next day and NO FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED YET!!! I sent and email which no one as answered and I've tried calling them the whole day...which no one picks the phone up. I'm so upset!!! But of course they charged my credit card already!!! I would like my $$ back!!!!

I should've paid attention to the NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THIS PAGE!!!!!

I'm sure after seen this is when Lupita calls and tells me my Credit Card declined and that she had sent me an email say that. I asked her to confirm and resend the email...which has never shown up!

I ordered flowers online for Valentines day, only to get a call the night before telling me that only orders above a certain amount would be delivered. I had know way to know this beforehand and it felt like a deliberate up sell. They have no integrity, give your money to someone who deserves it.

I would never recommend this place, ever! To start off, the Yelp reviews seemed good, but it was not until yesterday that I made my own purchase, that I have come to the conclusion that even 1 star is too much. I ordered two plants as a special thank you gift online. They were quite pricy, but these people are worth it. From here on, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To start off, I put in the instructions I wanted to be notified whenever my deliveries were made. That did not happen. Then, after asking the recipient of the plant for a picture , I realized they had sent the wrong plant without even notifying me. I waited for the second person to receive their plant, and it was the same thing. A different plant I had not purchased or authorized to be sent, was delivered. I proceeded to calling the flower shop, where I was greeted by a woman. This woman claimed to not be the owner, but admitted they had done wrong by 1. selling plants online that are not available and 2. not notifying me, the buyer, that the flowers were unavailable and that replacement plants were going to be sent (which I would not have authorized). I left the lady my contact information and was promised a call back the next day. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS WORSE. So unprofessional, I never received a call and decided to call back myself. When I asked for the owner, the lady who answered said she could try to help. I explained to her that it is wrong to sell people products that are not available, and even worse to make executive decisions about someones purchase when they are not the person paying for it. She tried to say it was not their fault, but when i told her I had paid, and had not done her part by delivering what I paid for, she began to be rude. I told her I was willing to pay for half of the flowers they delivered, since the recipients had already received them and I was not about to ask for them back! I wished to recieve half of my money back since they were not what I order or authorized to be sent out. She admitted to me she could not do that, and when I asked to speak to her manager, she admitted she was Lupita and that she was not going to cooperate. SHE OPENLY TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED FROM HER OWN COMPANY IF SHE WERE ME. I and anyone else should not have to pay for a product they did not buy, especially when the company lied and made the mistakes, and want you pay for them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SPEND IT AT A MORE WORTHY PLACE.

HORRIBLE service. My sisters and I purchased a floral arrangement for our grandpa who passed (today is his birthday) only to be told the flowers were dropped off at 2pm when the instructions on the note said specifically not to leave outside the house so our father could get them. The lady is super rude and unhelpful. Definitely will be leaving a bad review for this place wherever I can and will never shop here again. Worst floral shop ever.
