Was there last Wednesday at about 3:30 the girl at the counter was so rude was never greeted when asked for a shoe size 3 she told me all she had closest to that was a 1 never even walking to the back or even acknowledging the shoe I was even asking for seeing her lack of interest to sell I started to just walk out when I heard her start mocking me to the guy she was working with atleast wait till the costumer is out the door for you to start talking about them when I looked back and asked her if everything was ok she couldn’t even make eye contact w me or my family and proceed to have a personal conversation with her coworker even tho there’s was other costumers there who clearly could have been acknowledged first rule of costumer service costumers are always first
