Great customer service, the long haired brunette treated me like an actual person.
Regardless of the fact that the outlet failed to carry the sublite work boots, she had insight as to why, and who in the mall also carried reebok products.
It's refreshing that professional retail personell exist, even if I had to pay an additional premium, supporting establishments that have employees like her is worth it to me.
I hope this review trickles down and she is compensated, if not at least commended.
