I just had the best experience here with the aasociate named Frankie. Frankie was super courteous, and totally saved my day with a free insert for my shoe that was falling off my heel. I'm grateful.

I loved this place because Anna from the Ontario store actually took her time to listen to me and looked for a pair of boots that I really wanted and needed before Christmas and she made it happen when everyone else (from a different store) said it wasn't gonna happen but Anna made it happen and I'm so happy, put a big smile on my face! :-)
