ECCO OUTLET ONTARIO MILLS

Bought some Ecco's online which were way too small. I went to the outlet store and was informed that I could exchange my shoes for a larger pair even if purchased online during a special sale where the price was lower than the regular store price! The staff were courteous and very helpful in giving recommendations and allowed me to take my time trying on different pairs to see how they felt. Very happy with the customer service! Thank you!

Staff was very curious and happy to assist me in finding the right dress shoes. This location had a fresh atmosphere, and is well-lit to help making my decision easier.

They're also not defensive when you ask for a discount.

Overall, would buy shoes here again if I return 👍

I got the best service ever in this location bought a shoes from different Ecco outlet store three month ago and I notice yesterday on shoes smaller than the other I wasn’t expecting them to take and swipe it for anew one without receipt or approve of purchase I have been 15 years shopping at Ecco but this store was the best of all thank you so much .
