2 business days and my items still haven't shipped even though website advertises same day. Next day would have been fine too. You attempt to call them, and every line says mailbox full. You Google to find similar business numbers, and none of them work. So, if you place an order here, and it's time sensitive, pray to whichever God you believe in. Here's hoping my package actually shows up and I don't have to file a claim on my credit card.

Company is very slow at answering phones even during posted business hours on their website. Ordered a piece of software and company did not tell me they were sending it by USPS Media Mail which is the slowest service that USPS has. This company illegally cancels order when customers call and ask when their item will be shipped. They should be banned from accepting Paypal.
