Angela and the Manager Barbara at this store were friendly and courteous ! They Politely assisted me and went the extra mile to ensure my shopping needs were met ! In short they made my experience shopping here a very pleasant one! Very customer centric, helpful and kind! A kind of service I haven’t seen in such a long time! Costumer service has changed so much in this day and age everywhere but here I truly seen that great customer service still does exist today ! Was like stepping into time capsule and going back in time in the good old days when customers were treated like they mattered! They made me feel like family ! For this reason, Big 5 highland will always be my go to store! Thank you so much for making my shopping experience a great one Angela and Barbara ! Happy Holidays!

I was looking for a particular sized tennis racket and these guys delivered. All other places I called within a 20min distance were either "we don't have any" or "we don't have one in that size".

Would come here again for sure for my future sporting goods needs.

Comfortable shoes, good support, balance, and Laces don't cut off circulation.

Customer service was great 👍. The rep in the shoes area help my son find some shoes and did it with a pleasure! Happy to see even in the location of this big 5, customer service has not been lost.

New store manager was great at helping us find just what we needed. He also handled the situation with some rude and unruly shoplifters very calmly and diffused the situation at hand.

The guy that worked in the shoe dept. on 12-7-22 did an excellent job of finding me size 14 boots. He went above and beyond what most people do when I go there to find my shoes.

Everyone was very helpful. Our cashier B. Busby was polite, knowledgable, and friendly. I had a problem with one of my coupons and he made sure to fix it quickly and make sure all of our items were right!

Great customer service! Ericka, (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to call a handful of local stores to check for an item we needed. Even though, the item wasn’t in stock we still had a pleasant experience and will return in the future.

The lady who helped me in the firearms section was awesome. Even though she wasn't a hardcore gun enthusiast. She knew enough about the subject and the products they sold to definitely answer any question I had about any single product they had. I was impressed because she went out of her way to educate herself enough that if someone came in with a question she would have a legit Intellegent answer and not a.....I dont know, or just blowing smoke and i really didnt expect that. Also the gentleman in the shoe department was very helpful. Instead of me having to ask if they had a 15 in each and every shoe brand I liked he took it upon him self to just go back and look for ANY size 15 they had and since they had none he gave me some great tips on where to possibly find them. Thank you big 5 its nice to see people that still have pride in their work

Great employees, everyone is welcoming and friendly. They have a decent stock of everything there, but even if you're not sure then be sure to call the store and one of the team members will be more than happy to help. They have great deals if you sign up with your email as well!

I saw a Google Ad for the Agility Ladder. Normally 29.99 on sale for 19.99.
This was not on sale in the store! I drove from the Store on E street in San Bernardino store on Highland because they said it might only be on sale in that store. Although it was not on sale in the current ads, the manager at the Highland store in San Bernardino was nice enough to honor it using his managers discount. I could have gotten this online for 10 bucks. I'm sending this feedback only due to the extraordinary customer service at the Highland store in San Bernardino :)

The staff were beyond helpful! We called in looking for a specific item during the busy holiday time. They answered the phone quickly and went to check on the item right away. They found it and got back to us quickly, and even offered to put it on hold until we got there!!! Very impressed

Mad I didn't get her name but a shorter Hispanic chick that was working shoes that night was awesome!! Called she went checked on some nike sandals for me twice n still was nice n cheerful! Even showing up in the store she was going to take her break when sh stopped n got me my sandals she held for me!! Gave the manager the nicest compliment about her before paying for my stuff n leaving! Why can't more ppl in the customer service industry b like her!!!
