Glad we have been apart of such a great karate dojo going on 4 yrs . My daughter experiencing good skills for life . Great sensei’s always so friendly , motivating , dedicated to their students .

Power of One is a fun, challenging, skill building dojo! We have been a part of the family for about 3 years and my son still loves attending! Sensei Jeremy, Mrs. J and the rest of the crew are amazing! They uplift, encourage, and push the kids to do their best! They teach respect, responsibility, and self determination. James' self-esteem and confidence has grown immensely since attending here!

My son has been going here for a year and a half. He loves the instructors there and the friends he has made. The owners are very knowledgeable about how to work with different types of kids and how to motivate them to want to do their best. They are very positive and go above and beyond to make the lessons and activities engaging for the kids. My son has become more confident and independent since starting here. He is learning how to take discipline and constructive criticism to make himself a better person. In addition, the owners are very invested in the community and give back in a variety of ways. I can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot be happier with Power Of One. They have done so much for our son. He has improved behavior at home and school. And they have so much patience with him as he has a speech delay. Especially now with the pandemic, they have accommodated for my sons sessions and now have our door classes my son missed so much. They are super clean and very aware of the guidelines and follow them thoroughly and accurately. They truly care for all of us as a family and i would and have recommended them! Come join the family!!!

They are very professional. All I have met are very courteous as well as, simply put, a pleasure to do business with. Two of my sons attend classes with Power of one. Shortly after their enrollment, I did start attending classes myself. I am very pleased with the classes we all have received thus far. I decided to ask my Husband to join with me for his first class last week as well. I am happy to say that, in my opinion, this is a great place for children, teens and adults to all attend classes with instructors that can implement fun and professionalism into their lessons. Love Power of One! My son has been attending for over a year and he loves it! Sensei and Ms J are so great will the kids! They are caring but firm and have helped my son gain discipline, value hard work, and maintain a great attitude in everything he puts his mind to!

Power of One is awesome! Watching the change in my daughter’s confidence was amazing! I love the fact they teach all different types martial arts! The discipline and confidence my daughter has gain is invaluable! Would highly recommend Power of One to anyone!

We have been with PO1 for a couple years now. My oldest who is now 11 started when he was about 8 years old, maybe younger. He loves coming to class and learning new moves. He is very competitive. Competitive enough to where he also plays sports. After a brief hiatus, he has returned to PO1 and has returned back to the swing of things. After his first class back, he forgot some things but with the help of his instructors, he was able to recall what he had previously learned. PO1 has been always there for us, checking in on us and we will continue to be a part of this family as my youngest just started and loves it!!!

I LOVE POWER OF ONE! My daughter does karate and I do kickboxing. I was super out of shape when I started and not sure if I would be any good. I am six months in and am so glad I decided to give it a try. Best workout I ever had. My daughter is learning invaluable lessons in life and protecting herself. It is amazing to watch her grow. We love the Power of One family!!

My son has been coming to Power of One for 2 years and he loves it here. The senseis are amazing with the kids here they teach kids how to defend themselves and make it fun while doing so. My sons confidence and coordination has improved significantly and We are happy to be a part of the power of one family ❤

Sensei Jeremey and his wife, Miss J, are truly wonderful instructors. I have seen my daughter develop confidence and leadership abilities. The Jr. instructors also are very professional, caring, and provide wonderful insights to the art. I have enjoyed watching other children grow here and have created strong bonds with the other parents whose children are taught within this excellent school. I look forward to many, many more years watching my daughter grow and work toward her goal of achieving a Black Belt. I have no doubt it will be at PO1 with Sensei Jeremey and Miss J.

My son has been coming here for about 8 months now; 3 times per week. He loves coming, and he looks forward to his next class when he isn't here. Sensei Jeremy and Miss J are very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My daughter saw how much fun my son is having, and how much he is learning, and decided that she needs to start coming too.

Of all the extracurricular activities our kids have done, we have found karate and Power of One, to be our very favorite! In just a few months my kids have learned so much. Not only karate, but life lessons! Jeremy and Jessica are amazing with the kids and we thank them for our experiences with them. Shortly after they joined, I learned there was a fitness kickboxing class that I could take. I love the environment and the motivation given to us as we do our best and sweat it out for an hour! Thank you both for all that you do and all that you teach our little ones!

They have always been kind, generous and professional. They have helped my boys be the way they are now (both of them being now junior coaches).
The owners are the best! They treat you like a family and they are a vital part of the Upland community!

My 6 year old granddaughter has been coming here for 2 years. She loves it and continues to grow in focus, skills, strength and respect. This is such a great place for her. Jeremy and Jessica are amazing and caring instructors.

Power of One is phenomenal! My son loves it and it has helped him focus and concentrate through his adhd and has helped him with a communication disorder, and it incorporates all the life lessons we have been focusing on as parents.

Our son loves going to Karate class at the Power of One Dojo. Sensei Jeremy is a great teacher. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Dedicated Senseis who focus on kids' full development by building their self-confidence, physical endurance, and mental health. They focus on teaching goal setting and character building. The dojo environment is supportive, engaging, and fun!

I have been attending the fitness kickboxing class for 7 months and absolutely love it. I wasn’t active before starting and have gained strength and confidence. The class is always fun and energetic!
