Went to the store and they were so sweet and nice, they made sure to answer any questions we had or look in the back for any other sizes we wanted, just sweet people in general and so many people say they are rude and don’t like to give money back but look at the sign that’s posted at the counter before you pay people it clearly says “They can NOT exchange any items due to COVID” this is because this is not sanitary people need to understand this I had a very good experience and would come again :)

I placed an order 3/29/21. I was surprised and excited to have received it in a few days only to open it and find that the package was not mine but someone else’s. I sent an email and got that issue resolved, even sent the package back. They said they would send my package and I still didn’t receive anything. Ive sent another email explaining my concern, but never heard back from them. I’ve been as patient as I can as it is almost a month coming up that I haven’t received anything.

Please Read before you buy, we follow this company on Instagram and thought the experience of my wife and my sister was going to be smooth but it wasn’t. My sister placed an order and was charged 3 times, after 3 weeks she didn’t receive her order so she had to call her bank for a refund. They never answer any emails and comments. Now my wife is experiencing the same issue, after placing the order we waited and waited and never receive any tracking number nor her order. She went personally to the store 1 hour away because our flight is coming up for Thanksgiving, the girls inside the store said she couldn’t get her order because they had to verify if the order was paid for. We showed them our bank statement and they still refuse to give us her order. I asked as a courtesy to contact upper management to get this resolved. She said I text the owner but she won’t answer today you have to wait to get a call. Really?? After everything we were put through and we still get a wait more time. We are beyond disappointed and angry the was SHOE KOUTURE does business. Rest assure we won’t return and we won’t let anyone else buy from here. Thinking about it really good before you even make an order. The business bureau is going to know the way they are doing business and keeping customers money. Read the reviews before you regret it

First time buying there online & I already had a bad experience. My order took over a week & when I got my package, I didn’t get all of the clothes I payed for. I emailed them asking what happened & told them what I didn’t receive & they replied to me. They refunded me my money but they didn’t seem happy to do so. I replied again kindly asking please let me know ahead of time next time (if I ever buy there again) what I won’t receive. They replied again being rude & putting “Lol” & they said they are a legit company with normal mistakes. I replied saying a legit company would let me know if they are out of stock & refund my money because from the looks of it, I would’ve never got my money back. I also bought once from My Kloset Boutique but I had no problem with them & I actually got what I paid for. But should I keep trusting them?? All I know is that Shoes Kouture is a joke y necesita ponerse las pilas.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I have ordered from susys Kloset & shoes kouture both times I have bad experiences with shipping. This last time I put my order in Aug 1st...Aug 13 comes around & I still haven't gotten a email confirmation so I emailed them asking when will I get my stuff since I still haven't gotten a confirmation. (At this point they have already took my money) they did email me back pretty quickly telling me they forget to add the sizes on the website & which size would I like...I was very upset to find out that I had to reach out to them to find out any info. Why didn't they make a post about it trying to reach out to customers? They're always posting on Instagram anyway...bottom line I have learned my lesson & will never order from either one again!. Fyi I finally received my order Aug 17!

I used to order so much from suzyscloset and NEVER had a problem , shipping was fast , not to long ago I made a purchase here that took 3 weeks for them to ship, couldn't we the outfit I wanted when I needed it , still did the mistake to order again from them 70$ worth , here I am almost 4 weeks later , 10 emails later , dms later and no answer. But they post every second of everyday but can’t answer our questions? I am never ordering online. Sucks how they have such nice items but by the time we get them we probably getting them on sale already lol

This place is awful and I am not even the customer. I picked up an order for a friend who doesn’t live in the area. She prearranged this with whoever is in charge of the emails. When I arrived I followed the instructions saying to text the numbers provided which I did with the information I had regarding the order. Didn’t receive a response from phone #1, phone #2 responded quickly asking for an order number.. my friend never got an email with any sort of order number so obviously I didn’t have it. My friend was able to find a random number linked to an order she placed Oct 2020, what do you know? It’s the order number... how is an order from 10/2020 the same as 05/2021? Ok fast forward.. the employee comes out with the order asks for my ID and says I’m not the customer.. OBVIOUSLY which I stated in my text to them upon my arrival. She carries on telling me they were not able to find my friends emails or any information...At this point it is 30mins past the designated pick up time and with all the disorganization I’m annoyed. I say “this is ridiculous you guys are so unorganized” she replies “there’s no need to be rude” yea okay. Get organized and do your job correctly maybe you won’t annoy your customers. Apparently this store is closing soon. If they choose to reopen I sure hope they get their processes and communication in order as well as properly train their staff and maybe teach them customer service.

DO Not order from here unless its something you absolutely cannot get anywhere else. They have the worst customer service as a matter a fact they dont have services it all they never respond through email. They dont update you on your order. Its been 4 days i ordered for store pickup still no email that its ready for pickup. Online took ocer 2 weeks for my order to arrive. They do not respond through social either. And they have no phone number its the absoulte worst. Ive ordered from them 4 times hoping for better experience it never gets better. Same thing with susys kloset they are completely lost and have no idea how to run a buisness.

NEVER received my Order!!! I placed and order of $170.22 and never received my order neither did they refund me. I've made several attempts to reach out to them through email and no answer. Terrible experience.
Please be extremely aware that they are thiefs!!!

If i could i would give 0 stars. This has to be the worst costumer service i have ever received anywhere. Bought my wife a $50 gift certificate from there because she likes the clothes. She forgot she had it but recently went to use it. The lady, who was the owner but didn't admit to it, said the certificate expired ??? It had been less than a year and why would it expire? I was never told it expired , nowhere on the certificate does it say it expires . So now I'm out 50 dollars ??? Emailed and call the owner numerous times without an answer. Shady unprofessional management here i hope people stop shopping here.
