ALDO Shoes

Just wanted to share that I had a really great experience at this store today while exchanging an online purchase. The associate was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped me with everything I needed. Excellent customer service and I left with a very cute pair of boots.

Just bought a pair of shoes for my husband and received excellent customer service from Conner. He continued to check on me and offer help with choosing just the right pair. Will shop here again.

I love going to this place Connor needs a raise the customer service from him is a 10/10 I was confused and stuck on what shoes to get then he guided me to the best options I wouldn’t have had these 4 pairs of amazing Aldo shoes if it weren’t because of him Connor needs a raise asap!!!

Twice we went into the store and the lady at the cash register gave us poor customer service. We went to ask for sizes of the shoe and she will just say there is none left. However, she would never mention if we can buy them online. Her attitude and demeanor is poor and as if she didn’t want to be at work. I get there are bad days but twice too many. If you don’t want to work there and do your job, please don’t ruin the experience for us.

Went in one day to buy a pair of shoe and it was uncomfortable, the girls there were gossiping about their sexual life! So unprofessional and gross.

This store and sales people are irresponsible for their customer and their product. I have purchased a glass 3 nights ago and the sales person said it is returnable. During purchase there was no glass box nor bag nor wipers and it’s only the glass itself. Overall the glass is blurry, make my eyes uncomfortable. I don’t know if it would hurt my eye sights eventually. However, I came back and try to return but the sales person said I can’t return because it’s “final sales” which I purchase it original price and no discounts. I don’t want the glass and feeling like I want to leave the glass here where it belongs and just give my money away for this store for nothing!

I came in a day before valentines to try to purchase something and when I walked in at 7:28 the young lady told me that the store was closed. I told her don’t they close at eight she says she doesn’t care.

My order was marked for pick up at this store. I never received my items, never went to the store, and my order was marked picked up! It’s impossible to get to the representatives at this store or aldoshoes online in general. Online order with pick up at this store is a loot.
