My wife and I purchased our second vehicle here and the second experience was just as good as the first. So if you're looking for consistency, this is the place to go! We had the pleasure of working with Derrick both visits, both times he was incredibly helpful and customer-centric. My only regret was not trying out the popcorn.

I want to shout out to Raymond and Justin. So I literally had a car in 1 day. My credit is rebuilding, Raymond was able to get me a great rate based on my credit and Justin delivered the car to my job, 2 hours away, on his day off. I mean, how amazing is that! Justin deserves a promotion and I am so grateful for him to do that because of my work schedule. Thank you to the both of you!!

Nick is the best dude here. Everyone that works here is the best dude ever. Nick helped me set realistic expectations while also giving me the motivation to get out of the car hole that i’ve been stuck in. Enterprise isn’t just for people with high down payments and perfect credit, they can find something for someone with every budget while also staying honest. Me and my boyfriend bought our first car with the sales guy Derick he was amazing! Along with Raymond who is in the head of the office. They’re always available to contact if I need to and have excellent customer service. We came in with a certain criteria for what we wanted and what we could afford and they provided exactly that. We love our car it’s in great condition for an excellent price. I was amazed, this place is almost too good to be true!! Great experience, would recommend buying your car here.

We're very pleased with the customer service we received when we purchased our 2023 Chevrolet Equinox. The process was pleasant and took a couple of hours. This is the second Enterprise Sales vehicle we have purchased and a very pleased with the quality and price.

I have purchased two vehicles from Enterprise and have been satisfied with their customer service. They ask questions regarding your preferences and try to fill the request. I have been satisfied with both purchases and their follow-up to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They are also quite knowledgeable about the vehicles they have as well as other makes and service the vehicles before your purchase. I have been able to call them if I have questions mostly with the technology that comes with the new vehicles they are very good at explaining or inviting you back to learn to operate some of the features necessary. Great customer service. I can't say enough. Justin was very attentive and up front about the process and vehicles avaliable. Much easier process then a high pressure dealer. I got very lucky and found a nice vehicle with low miles and Clean condition. Raymond was very informative about types of vehicles and what is a good maker and what to stay away from. One of the best parts about my experience is you can drive a verity of vehicles and really get a feel for what works for your mission. Justin went the extra Mile and showed up on his day off to finalize my deal. He also delivered the vehicle to my home 26 miles away. He pleasant and friendly and his work ethic is empecable. Our purchase here was very smooth. They only had about 12 cars on the lot but I was able to sit in as many of them as I wanted. When my perfect fit wasn’t there, I was able to request a car listed online as “In Certification” and it arrived less than a week later. Once it arrived, I came back here, test drove, signed the paperwork and was out in probably less than an hour. Derrick and Raymond were very helpful in the process. Love my new car!
