New Balance Factory Store Ontario

I've been a fan of New Balance insoles after buying my first pair in 1991, I found a few on sale at this store, and Jonas was especially helpful in choosing the perfect ones for my needs having flat feet. They also honor veterans with a discount, making this my go-to for New Balance now.

April was very helpful. Right when I walked in, she asked did we need any help. I explained It was our first time in any New Balance store, we'd never owned a pair of New Balance shoes, and I know absolutely NOTHING of New Balance shoes.

I was told to come to New Balance from my 13 year old son's podiatrist, because my son was born with the club foot and he is starting to roll it outwards very badly; which is negatively affecting his gait.

April stayed with us the whole time, helping him try on 2 different sized shoes. His right foot is 2.5 sizes smaller than the left foot.
I appreciated the fact that she noticed with the pair on sale that his foot was still rolling to the side a good amount. I noticed it as well, but me knowing nothing about these new types of tennis shoes on the market nowadays, I thought, that's as good as it's going to get.

She said, "I'll be right back." And came back with a more expensive 2 different sized shoes. There was a HUGE DIFFERENCE in stability with his foot. Ultimately, I dropped $400 on identical 2 different sized sets of shoes, but it was well worth it. I'd rather pay for the more expensive shoes to get our desired result; and I appreciated that April gave me both price options.
All 3 of us could tell the $200 shoes were what my son's club foot needs. April is very knowledgeable in her work, very pleasant, positive, and helpful.
Thank you to the other workers who helped restock the shoes we didn't get. Your cashier was very friendly too.

This is my family's go-to store for NB shoes. The one at the Citadel is smaller and has less of a selection. Besides this, sales people at Ontario are always very helpful; always willing to answer questions and make good recommendations. My son's feet have severe pronation and need a lot of support. The wrong shoes can cause him to lose balance and hurt his ankles. NB has provided supportive and comfortable shoes more than any other brand we've tried. If you're mindful, you can find really good bargains. This store is very spacious. It's a pleasure to shop there; almost peaceful because it doesn't get too busy or crowded. We will keep returning to this store.

VERY helpful staff. They know their product. Be sure to ask for help when selecting shoes there! They can guide you to the type that will be best for you, cause there are many to choose from!

I have cerebral palsy witch has always made shoe shopping a undesirable exercise until I found this store. I told them about my past experiences at other stores and the things I need in a shoe. The manager brought me different styles of shoes to try then waited for me to get them on walk around the store and give feedback. THE BEST SHOES SHOPPING EXERCISE I HAVE EVER HAD!

It is absolutely amazing that the powers that be at New Balance read my mind. It just so happened that today I was looking for new running shoes to replace my old ones and the factory outlet had a 40% off sale today. Some may call this momentous moment a product of chance, some may say serendipity. I like to think that they read my mind and all is good in the world. But in all seriousness, check this place out if you've never been. It's just minutes east of the Ontario Mills, in a somewhat hidden location. I've been wearing their shoes for nearly a decade now running on rock hard concrete sidewalks and my knees feel fine. Their shoes have the right combination of balance, support, and comfort. Seriously check this place out.

I have never been to this outlet store, nor did I know it existed before yesterday. A relative mentioned it and said to check it out. I have never worn, owned or shopped for New Balance shoes before and the same goes for my husband and kids. My husband is an umpire so the need for good shoes is imperative, to say the least. After looking at several different places, he tried on a pair of New Balance tennis shoes. Although they aren't technically umpire shoes, they're the closest thing you're gonna get to them that also have good support, easy to clean and aren't ugly. The shoes were about $65 and totally worth every penny. The store is huge and carries clothes, socks, backpacks etc. They also carry shoes in all sizes and widths for the entire family. If you have issues finding shoes with a wide width, this is definitely the place to go.

I had a great experience during my first visit to the store. They were helpful and gave knowledgeable advice when I asked which shoe was best for a specific set of needs. I received great customer service and would definitely recommend this store everyone.

I'm a usual customer and I went in for an exchange for shoes bigger size and everyone was being lazy saying they didn't have any except " April " she did a awesome job helped right away and I think she helped me before I appreciate you April thanks so much you are awesome

First time visiting, went on the off-chance they would have basketball shoes for my teen daughter. We didn't see anything initially, but a couple of friendly workers checked in to see if we needed help, and found 3 different pair in the back! And the price was AMAZING! We walked out of there with all 3 pair for less than $60. I literally got choked up with emotion, everything is so expensive right now, normally a single pair of her shoes is well over $100, I feel like we won the lottery. Seriously. So now she's got 3 great shoes just before her season starts, plus the folks who helped us were genuinely helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be back!
