The very first time I called Kevin Colburn @ AllState, his focus was on how to help me with my insurance. I was lucky to have had such good guidance and articulate response. I was impressed both by his intelligence and his humanity which is rare. He goes beyond the professional call of duty and gives you his best shot. May his tribe increase in this world of ours!

I got into an incident not long ago (still in process) and Kevin from Giddings insurance have been helping me since the beginning. Three weeks ago, my mortgage company contacted me and they informed me, that I would need to find a new insurance company, asp or they would have to impose their own insurance, at a very high rate. This was weeks after Mercury Insurance had dropped my policy and this, along with my agent never contacting me. This is when I found out what was going on with the insurance industry in California and how they were no longer providing coverage for some home owners. After days of feeling helpless, I contacted and met with Kevin Colburn of Giddings Insurance Agency, for help. Kevin made a commitment to see what he could do, for my family, and I would need to give him a few days to work on it. It wasn’t long before Kevin called me, giving me the good news, that my family could finely fill secure again. Also Kevin's abilities even put together an insurance package, which rolled back my rates to what I was paying in 2022.

After spending almost two weeks calling four different insurance agencies (none were Allstate) to try and get quotes for property insurance for my mother's home and completely getting the run-around from every single one of these agents (they'd never call back, they'd tell me "they were still working on it" when I would call, etc., etc.,) I phoned this office and explained what I was going through to Maria. We set up an appointment immediately and she genuinely expressed sympathy for all that I had been going through up to this point. I honestly can't praise her enough for how she handled my needs--she was so competent and quickly had a very reasonable policy drawn up. I only wish I had called this office FIRST! Thank you for truly making the entire process so easy for me. I'll recommend this office (and Maria) to everyone I know.

I was shopping for some insurance usually every two to three years because it starts going up for some reason. And now with my 46th year of getting insurance, I have never had any agents help me out in the way, skilled, very professional, with knowledge of one Willie. I really want to appreciate and praise Kahlia who helped me to have a new auto insurance as well as homeowners insurance. With her dedication and commitment to server her customers, I became more than happy to have both of them! Also, her communication skill and amiable attitude with her own great knowledge and expertise, I was so impressed! So, I promised her that I will refer her to my friends and families if they look for a good insurance agent!!!

John was extremely helpful and very professional as he helped me through not only the process of reviewing and signing with Allstate home and auto bundle but he was patient as well. He was very helpful with texting and emails to make sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. To be honest I had no intention of switching car insurances, with that said John Gonzales was incredibly helpful and based off his customer service and passion we decided to switch over and join him and his company. Honestly probably one of the friendliest and pleasurable experiences I have had over the phone, and to top it off he got us a better rate than we were currently paying. I am very satisfied and have not had an insurance company treat me this way which is special! Keep up the great work!
