Casa Del Sol RV Resort

We have been here for 5 years. Reasonable prices for basically parking your RV on their lot. Reasonable price. Just maintain your area. Electricity is not free like other places but it is nicely maintained which is a 50/50. We like it and they understand that we have to basically fix our own stuff. This is not like renting a apartment. You have to fix and pay for your own expenses. Its costly but its worth the learning in my opinion. Thank you management for being awesome. Please dont change.

Again not such a good visit there. Neighbors are very nosy and lie to the manager about others if they don't like you or want your space they will try to get you out.

I will tell you best place to stay never have to worry about anything missing no one around here takes or steals. Leslie is stricked and a very good manager. Love living behind stores close by.

Moved my 28ft 2022 Gulf Stream trailer there 9/16/22. The office staff is absolutely amazing, Lucy, Monica and the manager Leslie. So helpful and kind. The lot is very clean and level. I chose the right side of the park as it appears to be a more senior group, which I am. I couldn’t be happier. This is my getaway and crafting place. The residents are very friendly already was greeted. I checked out every park near and far. You won’t find a better one .

My wife and I are enjoying the privilege to live in Casa Del Sol RV park. Leslie and the office staff, the grounds keepers, Charles and Steve, I don’t know who else we should thank for keeping a decent facility for the long term….the owners who I’ve not met, thank you.
Hot tub, pool, laundromat Amazon hub (for tenants) on site…..
There’s 3 grocery stores only a short walking distance away, Lowe’s can be seen from the gate. Neighbours look out for each other.

This Place is AWESOME! WONDERFUL Manager (Leslie). Love the quietness, the residents here are so friendly n ALWAYS look out for everyone here, whether ur a long term resident or a weekender, everyone here will have your back.....

We have been here 6 months and the office staff has been abundantly cordial, and very welcoming and personable. Clean grounds, great neighbors with a safe environment. Pet friendly and accepting. Very clean and safe with very handy maintenance men.

I was surprised to see mixed reviews. We were very happy with our stay at Casa Del Sol last winter. We rented an RV for 6 months from John and Shiann. The place was very receptive to anything we asked for and they were doing lots of upgrades to the pool and paddle tennis court installation as well. We received our deposit back as they said and will probably stay there again. I recommend.

I have lived here 2 years & love it! A lot of changes have happened over that time frame but all for the good. The management continues to improve the park- which makes me happy since we plan on staying here for many more years to come!

This park is excellent, it’s right next to everything in town, it’s a happy hi how are ya kind of place, the management is really nice but knows how to keep things in check maintaining a good balance within, the pool and jacuzzi are very nice. I highly recommend Casa Del Sol

I have been coming to Casa for over 7 years. I have stayed at the park for months at a time year round. I am appalled by some of the reviews; yes there has been a lot of changes over the years but that comes with the territory. About 6 years ago, I did have a bit of an issue with the office staff but things have come a long way since then! I was sad to see Ann leave but the new manager Carla has been doing a wonderful job. All of my questions I've asked, she has always provided me with a genuine answer.. she is very courteous, dedicated to the park, and gives full attention to all customers, that shows a lot. When walking in to the office you are always greeted with a smile from the staff. They go out of there way to help you with all of your needs, including the maintenance supervisor (very nice gentleman) and security. In a short amount of time with the new management; the park started looking cleaner, a few of the "troubled" residents left the park or was asked to leave. Casa del Sol has wonderful residents that are very welcoming.You can call it a "small community" where everyone looks out for each other. There has also been many upgrades to the park over the years, the place is looking fantastic. Casa del sol is a place I plan to visit for many years to come and enjoy every minute of it. You are in walking distance to many shopping centers, restaurants, and a movie theater. Out of all the parks I have stayed at, I would say this one has the best location to just about anything. It is a shame when someone has a bad experience they tend to (maybe) exaggerate and write bad reviews, in my opinion that is a shame. If more people expressed their good experiences on reviews it would be a lot more helpful for the traveling RVers. I highly recommend this place and will always refer Casa to my traveling buddies. 5 stars all the way!

My boyfriend and I are travel nurses. We are always looking for great places to stay during an assignment. We stayed at Casa del sol for 4 1/2 months and everything has been above our expectations. Shainn and John who manage the office were friendly and professional. Shiann was so kind every time we needed anything in the office. John maintains the community so well. We were pleased to find that it is always so quiet and clean. The pool and hot tub were always well maintained and relaxing after a long day. We also had wonderful neighbors while staying. Our furnished unit had everything we needed from dishes, utensils, bedsheets and pillows. We were really able to just grab a toothbrush and go. We would definitely stay here again if we took an assignment in or near Hemet.

This park is just wonderful! Very clean and well-maintained! Affordable too! One third the price of any RV park in other counties! Staff is very friendly and attentive:-) Enjoyed our visit so much and highly recommend:-)

While not there for a happy occasion, it was a nice gathering place, with plenty of room in their banquet hall. The people around the resort were kind and courteous, and the grounds looked well kept and clean.

One of the best resorts. Great courteous staff member. Leslie very helpful and enjoyable person . overall a great place.

First day here. People seem real friendly! Leslie the manager has been a great help for our first RV park experience. More photos and info to come!

Gated community with many amenities, including a TV room, billiard room, craft room, poker room, full laundry, swimming pool with hot tub, and a large ballroom where we enjoyed a sponsored, catered Thanksgiving Dinner with a live band.

THE WHOLE STAFF IS AWESOME, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME 🏡 WITH BIG SMILES, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT STANDING BRAVO EVERY!!! WAY TO GO Y'ALL 👏👏
