I am speechless with how Gosch Chevrolet has surpassed my expectations! I wish I could give 100 stars.

I was originally working with another dealership that gave me the traditional runaround. I was ready to loose hope on my purchase, but I decided to reach out Gosch Chevrolet to see if they could help.

When I reached out to Megan with my previous experience she first apologized for previous experience with the other dealership, and immediately took the lead. She was honest, straight forward, polite and fun to work with. Not only was she able to meet my monthly payment, with all inscentive and rolling in my previous car, she was also able to get me the car I had done extensive research on, in my favorite color (meant to be.... absolutely!).

Not only was Megan and her team extremely helpful on working this deal over the phone, (by text, call and finally in person) but once I arrived she was able to get straight to signing paperwork.

I also brought my 2 and 5 year old who played in the playroom while I completed final paper work.

Once we were ready to move forward they got the car connected to my devices, washed, and charged the car so it was ready to go.

My favorite finishing touch was when she handed me my keys, she also took it to the next level and wrapped up the car like a present with a huge bow on top (royal treatment!).

After this experience, I am 100% loyal to this Gosch Chevrolet and I will be purchasing all future cars with them as well. What an amazing car purchasing experience.

John was very helpful in setting up my appointment, getting the vehicle staged, and finalizing price details before I arrived at the dealership. John truly went above and beyond when he was able to ship some items that I left in my trade-in vehicle back to me. He and Megan were great with handling the deal. They provided me with a pricing breakdown and additional packages for me to consider with my new vehicle. Both were also very personable and easy to talk to. I’m very thankful for Megan’s ability to make my deal quick and seamless. I was also pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Augusto from the service department. I had some general mechanical questions about the vehicle he was easily able to answer. I also left with a spotless vehicle because of him. Overall, great teamwork at this dealership. These guys are really shattering the stigma of the car buying process.

Jimmy is a great person to buy a car from my highly recommend you go to him when you buy a car. Plus his manager will work with you and your payments in the offer. They have you find the best match for you at first I wanted a Chevy Impala. They didn’t have one. I ended up leaving with a Chevy Silverado and I do not regret it highly recommend them.

The service team at GOScH Chevy went above and beyond. I ended up getting a flat tire and I took my vehicle in to possibly get it replaced along with getting an oil change. I was welcome in and helped out instantly by Jennifer, she made it happen to have my vehicle serviced rapidly within the same day.
