The owner and teachers at Pilates Palm Springs are absolutely experts. They are able to impart their knowledge in a way that you carry it with you when you leave: my posture has improved in my everyday life and my hips are limber and healthy (at last!)

I have worked with Susan Salk at her intimate Pilates Palm Springs studio for over ten years. She has extensive and grounded knowledge of bodies from her work as massage therapist, Pilates teacher and dancer. She has helped me enormously.
