Knowledgeable and communicates. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the two areas of Hemet my houses were in. He was responsive and commutative. He also has experience in selling rental properties as well as informing me of 1031 exchange option. He is also patient when you are a bit overwhelmed. I highly recommend Chris.

I would recommend Chris to EVERYONE!!!
I was with another agent and the house was just sitting for almost 45 days and we really needed to sell quickly as my husband had already got a transfer out of state. After canceling the other agent I found Chris through a coworker. Chris came to my house with all the comps from the area. He was so well prepared and knowledgeable about the area and told us exactly what he was going to do to help get us moving and on our way. He was there every step on the way to answer all our questions. Everything went according to plan and now we are on our way to our new adventure.

Chris was amazing. This was difficult time for me, and with a hectic work schedule, I wasn't the best with communication, or timelines all the time, thankfully Chris was! Was a lengthy and difficult process selling my house with nightmare tenants, solar lien setbacks, and my own ambivalence about selling. Chris hung in there with me throughout the entire tumultuous process and it paid off big time! Chris and Andrea visited us in our home and offered their expert advice on how to best show our house in pictures and in person. We followed all their suggestions. They let us know what to expect as we went through the showing process. Their predictions on the current market trends (slowing down) were exactly as described. They told us our house should sell in the first weekend. It did! We had multiple offers and were able to sell the house far above the listed price. The closing process was also extremely smooth. They told me it was unusual how easy our home sale was. But, I think they had something to do with it. We are very happy we used them as our listing agents.

Chris was a good agent. We chose him because he was familiar with the Hemet four seasons properties and he had knowledge of short sales. It was tough time for my Dad as he did not want really want to sell his house but Chris made it a good experience for him

My realtor Tina was very accommodating. I had only certain days to look for homes and she would list 4-5 homes to look at. As I saw several houses online or in person my wants would change and she would say alright and the next week she would have me look at those. I was about to agree with my husband and restart looking next year. She didn't get mad or try to convince to keep looking. She held my hand. The last house we looked at had a-lot of my wants.
